CVS, Bronx NY

Went to CVS this morning to buy laundry detergent. The laundry detergent was locked up, so I had to get assistance to get it opened. When I got to the front of the store to the self-service cash out area the employee notified me that I couldn’t punch in my phone number for my loyalty card discount she said the system was down I had to have my loyalty card if I wanted the store discount. I asked if she had a courtesy card I could use since I couldn’t put in my phone number. She said no, so I ended up leaving my items. Bad customer service I was very disappointed. Ended up going down the road to Walgreens

If you badly need the meds, I wouldn’t have my MD send it here anymore. They don’t pick up the phone. Your condition will get worse if you have to wait for these people.

Called the pharmacy, transferred and they never picked up, kept calling back same nonsense, how is it possible no one can answer a phone and give a status. The little pharmacy on the corner of Lafayette the best, hands down. Done with CVS

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. The pharmacy dept is short handed. And they lie when the medicine is ready. Got a call for a 1: 31 pm pick up. Got there at 2: 09 pm still not ready and now it’s 2: 20 pm the clerk said 10 minutes 15 minutes ago horrible service stay away from this pharmacy it sucks!

On hold over an hour. Never picked up. I went to urgent care. Need my meds ASAP. 8 hours later, they said it won’t be ready until the next day. Never again.

Only on sale product going to faster, not put quantity.not matter if you have rain check you don't getting the product.

Very polite and inviting store always clean and stocked. The staff is also coupon friendly giving no problems at register. I would hands down recommend this location to anyone I know!

Pharmacy staff is the best, no matter what time of day I go, no matter how busy they are. I like the self-service check out. Store looks organized. Parking is never a problem.

Workers at checkout & stacking out products were very helpful & friendly! Go team spirit! ALL deserve a RAISE! Nice these days being greeted with a smile!

Stopped in after a night at vapor lounge. Good selection of items. Self checkout was annoying but the staff did help.

Pharmacy staff not pleasant. They approved a three month supply. They told me on Sunday to pick it up on Tuesday. I get there on Tuesday at 9: 30 at night. They told me to wait 15 minutes. 15 minutes passes and if they tell me they don’t have the three month supply they only have one month supply. What a diss honest way to do business

Everything was cheaper at this CVS than the Rite Aid up the street. Employees were helpful and knew where everything was.

They're pharmacy is the worst! Every single time we come here, they don't have the correct information, they make up their own dates of birth for my kids and they're slow as hell!

Great local CVS. Open 24 hours. I'm in and out relatively quick for standard items. The pharmacy gets pretty busy during the day.

Always quick in and out for me 30 min the most I had to wait for priscription.used to wait 1 hour or two at other places.

They seem to have more then their fair share of mix up when it comes to actually filling what my Dr says they sent through. But on the other hand they are 24 hrs so they get extra points for that. So if that's what you need I recomend this place but if you already have a reliable pharmacy I'd say sick with it.

The worst next to williamsbridge rd the pharmacy lines are very long for pick up i dont know the the reason for this mostly conversations that take place.
