CVS, Jamaica NY

My CVS on Queens the people who work there are very helpful I love going to the CVS on linden boulevard so my hat goes off to them especially the manager thank you yes something how do I get it

Shameena was very nice and friendly, she has great customer service skills and she helped me save 10 dollars today.

The fact that it’s conveniently accessible within my community, I can pick up my prescriptions, as well as take advantage of those great coupons and rewards, one can’t ask for more!

Keep up the very good work, you have a customer for life!

The worst place everrr! They never have anything, always packed because of being understaffed, don't get me started on their attitude, seem like a very miserable bunch!

My rating is specifically for the pharmacy. I HATE this pharmacy. They always have multiple staff behind the counter but the lines are always long. Prescriptions are never ready, and no one knows anything.
Today I went to pick up a prescription, the first cashier informed it was not ready wait 10 minutes. I returned 20 minutes later then was informed by a different cashier they did not have the prescription in stock. I explained to her I was just informed it would be ready now it’s non existent? Her attitude was so nonchalant but I wasn’t leaving without answers. She tells me to come back in 10 minutes they’d have it ready. I leave and return 20 minutes again and now have to wait 15 more minutes because they can’t locate the prescription.
They are incompetent and it’s frustrating that this is always the experience with them. I will no longer use this pharmacy.

Pharmacist was super rude to staff. There’s always a long line for pick up. DO NOT go here for any prescriptions.

Nobody in the store wants to help you find what you are looking for. They are very rude and even accused me of having fraudulent coupons. Don’t shop here. Find another store, better yet a different company as in Walgreens or Rite-Aid

So sad all the horrible reviews from this store and no improvement made. Unfortunately here is mine, I waited on hold for 1hr &13mins for someone from the pharmacy. Conversation lasted 2mins. Why must simply things cause such delay. I dread going to this store the parking lot is the smallest I’ve ever seen…don’t use it! Your car will get hit! Customer service training!

Do NOT use this store for your prescriptions, there is a reason there are so many 1 star reviews for this place. If you HAVE to use them, check your Rx before leaving the store. I have never had a Pharmacy half fill my prescription, give me the WRONG medication, and lose a prescription that was sent over TWICE by my Drs office. Not sure what the underlying problem (s) are here but there is no excuse for failing so hard to fill prescriptions.

I'm not even a customer I was a service technician. They asked me to show my bag. When I was done. As if I'll risk my job for a few dallors. Very nasty people.

Nobody picks up the phone! Ever! I have been calling in regards to my mom's prescription, I guess the only option is to go to the store? But why? Service is not good at all.

Went in to pick up my mothers package due to her just getting out the hospital the manager is beyond rude showed my UPS employee id for not too acknowledge it at all to tell me she can’t give me the package with my mother on the phone and for employees not to know their managers name is unprofessional for the manager to walk right by me with my mothers package and still say nothin The manager needs to learn how to communicate with people and Uc she doesn’t like her job then she needs a new profession

Worst ever pharmacy never answers phone this whole store so unprofessional I would give a zero if I could

The phone system here is disgusting! Try calling for the pharmacy and you will get a machine that never leads you to speak with someone directly. It’s so frustrating! Long lines. Slow / short staff. Just close the business if this is the case.

They are disrespectful, have no regards for their customer. Please don't call there to save your life cause for sure you will be dead cause no answers. They never have you prescription ready but you alway receive a bunch of calls and text. This location need to be shut down.

This location sucks! It’s like they do not value their customers business. They don’t think it’s important answer their phone.
I been calling the pharmacy for the past three hours and no response. Please beware and don’t waste your time going there with your business.

Not much difference between this location and others when it comes to service and products, it's hit or miss as usual if they have items in. The pharmacy seems to be popular and the line is VERY long, so don't expect them to pick up the phone since they're understaffed. People complain but I don't see anyone leaving the place. Change to another pharmacy if you're dissatisfied, otherwise expect to wait on a long line, they're doing the best they can. And self checkout wouldn't make an impact at this particular location, you'd still have to wait.

What is wrong with this location. How could they serve the community and never answer their phone? ! So many people depend on having their medications filled on time and available.
Medication is NEVER ready at this pharmacy. I recommend better management. The community deserves better!

Went in on Friday for a Rx and was told it would e ready in 15mins after reminding I was told they would have to order it and would be ready on Monday on Monday I was told it would be ready by 1pm at 3pm I was told it wasn't delivered and would be ready on Tuesday here it is Wednesday and now they can send the Rx to a near by pharmacy that has it completely inconsiderate and unprofessional
