CVS is always not my favorite place for shopping. I go there typically because there is a known sales item that I want; or when I have a gift card (from my Medical Insurance company) that I can use in some limited places which happens to include CVS.

This pharmacy keeps you on hold for more than 20 minutes, I'm not sure how long because at that point I hung up. The line for pick up no matter hiw short is always a long wait. I'm seriously thinking on transferring my medications elsewhere.

Pharmacy employees here are a pile of clown shoes. (at best) These P’OS are gonna inevitably force CVS/Caremark to write a big check to the family of someone who dies, in which can only be tied to only corporate negligence, and a s**t ton of bad press because one single customer couldn’t get their meds, etc.

I wish I could give zero stars to this dump AVOID AT ALL costs waiting on hold for an hour and 45 minutes just to get hung up on. The staff is insulting, impatient, Disrespectful, and incredibly unorganized… I wish this store would close down such a waste of retail space.

Pharmacy is terrible. They never answer the phone. On hold 30 minutes, then they pick up and hang up on you. So frustrating! Worst customer service, they just don't care.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to! There’s never a good time to go there, the line is guaranteed to be down the aisle & while they have a lot of staff there are never more than 2 ppl on the register so you’re wait time for prescriptions is RIDICULOUS!

The time it takes at the drive through window. You could get a three course meal and be home buy the time it takes you to get your prescriptions refilled. What a joke. Clearly the manager does not care they should be terminated

Horrible pharmacy service. Does not have a clue on any prescriptions. Was really late to fill my prescriptions. Soon will get a law suit

Pharmacy very slow when in the past. And on the phone has to wait almost an hour every time to speak to anyone

Absolute worst place for anything. The drive up is always closed and never enough people working. The attitude of the guy with the long hair is ridiculous and their manager in the pharmacy won’t speak to anyone. Cvs pharmacy, customer service number, and executive team should be embarrassed and terminated bc they are awful.

I have been on hold for over 2 hours. Contacted store manager and he explain pharmacy very busy and can not get to call but to come in. Unfortunately, not in town. Resolution to wait on hold. Yes, no answer after another 40 minute wait. How is it possible for no one to answer calls.

Over the last three years I have never managed to get a prescription filled from this store without one problem or another. All they do is play the blame game. Blame it on the doctors. Blame it on the systems. Blame it on the insurance. Blame on me for opting out of texts, because I was receiving twelve of them per week. I’m done with this place.

This Pharmacy has gone downhill.
Call and stay on hold for hours. They shut the phone off regardless of having customers on hold for lunch.

Prescriptions are always a nightmare. Last week 1/3 of my order was on old insurance. 1/3 on cash. 1/3 filled on new insurance. No one realized this until I asked them to break down the price and requested to run through the right insurance.

Been in store, in drive thru and on phone with the pharmacy and their answer is to come in another day, call back or drive though again to sort out issues of duplicate fills of prescriptions and fills of prescriptions not requested (old archives).

It’s like all of the staff is in la la land or just flat out doesn’t want to try to help.

Prescriptions are a matter of life and death for some people.

Horrible Horrible Horrible pharmacy. I am sick waiting all day receive a text message and I decided to come in and ask what happend with my prescription and they said with don't have your medicine I have to wait until tomorrow I went at the doctor at the doctor this morning and emergency I am in pain and I have to wait 24 more hours for my medicine

This pharmacy is a nightmare. Every time I pickup meds here it is a problem. Not only for me, I hear other customers having issues as well. The line is always long, they leave for lunch and close on the middle of the day and prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. I recommend going elsewhere.

The pharmacy is so unorganized it’s mind blowing. The wait is crazy. My prescription is done every month, but I have to remind them of that.

I have had many horrible experiences at this pharmacy. On multiple occasions, while at the drive through, I was asked to drive around and wait at the end of the line! The line I just waited on.

Also, they feel it is okay to spam my home with phone calls.

This is the worst customer service experience of any business around.
