May we please give zero stars? Service is terrible at cvs Carmel. Attitudes and no gloves worn while putting pills in bottles.

Cashier William extremely rude. Seemed as if I was inconveniencing him asking for assistance when numerous phone numbers associated with rewards card were not recognized. Seemed annoyed I was adamant on trying to figure out the issue and so he threw his price gun rudely asking what was the sale price of each item. After payment I wished him a good day and he did not respond but rolled his eyes. Very unprofessional and will be reported to corporate.

This is the worse drugstore in existence. They never ever get it right. They never have the right prescription ready. They are rude and useless

They need to make a zero star option for places like this. The rest of the store isn't bad but this review is in direct response to the pharmacy. I am now in the third week of an ongoing struggle to get my prescription filled. I haven't been able to take my prescribed medication for over a week now because it is "on order" with no estimate as to when it will be here. Prior to that they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks because they claimed my doctor filled out the prescription wrong after altering my dosage so my doctor had to get involved with them personally and rectify the issue.

All the other negative reviews are 100% correct. After waiting on the phone on at least five separate occasions for more than 25 minutes at a time until I just gave up, through some miracle, they answered the phone today after only 10 minutes on hold and spoke to someone who was rude and was absolutely no help.

The head pharmacist is a wonderful man but the additional staff in the pharmacy are the least friendly, helpful people I have encountered in a CVS. You will have to go there multiple times. I’d highly recommend going to any other pharmacy.

I’m not usually the type of person to not give a company/franchise the benefit of the doubt but this CVS has caused so much unnecessary stress every single month when it’s time to refill my fiancés life threatening medication. They never take me seriously and quick to get defensive when I stand my ground and say he needs a refill for the next day. He can’t miss one dose or it can become fatal. They won’t let me refill before the pills are up because it’s a controlled substance. Let me make it clear he has epilepsy and I can promise you he wouldn’t be abusing his pills since that’s what they think. I’m disgusted and disturbed by the pharmacy. It’s not their family so they don’t care. Switching soon when I review other franchises to pick up from. Never go here.

This is the worst CVS on the planet. They constantly cancel your prescriptions without your knowledge. Then they tell you that YOU cancelled. They also have the audacity to tell you that your doctor cancelled it. They refuse to take responsibility. They never notify you when the scripts are ready even they you sign up over and over for emails and texts. THEY ARE THE WORST!

Terrible service. Wouldn’t refill a script when it was sent to them by the doctor multiple times. Very rude employees as well.

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Drive through is closed a lot. It’s flu season wouldn’t you want it open? Come in and get a flu shot? Sure after all five of us come back from lunch break we take at the same time. Time for RITE AID

Transphobic pharmacy employee, slow service. I was fine coming here until I was discriminated against on multiple times on purpose. Going to be changing locations now, totally unacceptable

I wish I had read the reviews before going there to try to get my COVID booster and flu shot. There is no clear area designated for check-in so I stood in the pick up line for 20 minutes. When I got to the front, the associate told me the pharmacist would be right out, and that I could go take a seat. She did not take any information from me. I waited another 20 minutes, then tried the consultation window that was previously unstaffed. An associate at that window told the pharmacist again that I was here and said he would be out shortly. He appeared extremely stretched thin, and there was another mother waiting for vaccines for her son as well. I decided to ultimately leave because I didn’t feel comfortable receiving a vaccine from a CVS that seems dangerously understaffed with a pharmacist being forced to do a million tasks at once. It seems like a recipe for error. Plus, while waiting there, I even watched an associate socializing with a customer for 30 plus minutes while her coworker struggled with the huge 10 person line at the register. Perhaps she was on break? Also DO NOT even try calling—it’s a 20 minute wait minimum. I had to call after leaving to get them to cancel my vaccine in the system (so I could go elsewhere). It was just a truly hellish experience.

Was given Covid booster in wrong place on my arm. Ended up in cvs clinic 3 days later with swelling, pain and inflammation of lymph nodes. Nurse confirmed shot was not put into deltoid muscle where it belonged. Wish I had read earlier reviews. Do not use this pharmacy for vaccinations.

Experience with Pharmacy Vaccine Area. Firstly, the younger female working in Pharmacy gets "5 STARS" very helpful, courteous and friendly. Then the vaccines administered to me (both the COVID Booster and FLU) get Zero Stars. The individual administering both vaccines offered absolutely ZERO communication, walked past with his cart (I had to ask are you ready for me?), he denoted the incorrect PCP in system later included CVS email vaccine email confirmations for both vaccines, did not communicate what to expect from either vaccine nor what symptoms would suggest concern and therefore should prompt reaching out to my PCP, did not offer any insights nor provide any handout or write up on vaccines effects, never advised me which of the 2 vaccines he was administering, did not fill out my vaccine card with date noted in proper area. Advised me to "hang out for while" but, never followed up telling me when it was ok to leave nor how long to remain. When I tried to ask, he kept head down at computer screen, finally I just walked out and left on my own accord. Thus reason for 1 star rate. First experience with this CVS, ONE and DONE! Never again.

No one will answer the phone for me or my doctor. My doctor left a Rx on the voicemail yesterday and when we went to pick it up after the store had been open for 6 hours they said they didn't have anything. Unfortunately, this is my experience with CVS in general. Will never try CVS again.

CVS corporate needs to inspect the pharmacy section of this store. Some of their employees are so unprofessional. They won't make eye contact with you hoping that you get frustrated and walk away. If they only would say, " I will be right with you" that would go a long way. The final straw without getting into details is that one of their pharmacist violated his ethical oath as a pharmacist and HIPPA Law. I did report to their complaint department lets see if they call me. Regardless I am so done. I will do all my business with the rite aid across the street.

Always a issue, Always a atitude, never is stuff ready even if its a prepack product they say give us a couple hrs definitely done with this place and switching to rite aid i have been with cvs for decades no more!

This pharmacy is understaffed and slow. There is always a long line and it moves unbelievably slowly. There is no attempt at helping folks get their prescriptions in a timely manner. Literally every other pharmacy I have used is better. I'm done using this location.

Agree with some of the old reviews but recently I saw a huge change! The staff is a lot nicer and the store is a lot cleaner and more organized! Keep up the good work!
Update: Wow, just when you think that things will get better…. It got even worse than before…. Dirty isles and shelves, no staff available and even the ones that are around are so overworked they don’t care…. 1 Star because there is no zero stars!
