Today (07/28/2023) evening, I was helped by Ms. Lisa at the cash register, and she was kind, helpful, and professional up to a level where I thought of appreciating her. Also, there was another lady with a burka, and she was so very helpful and kind too. I came in to get a knee brace for my friend who was in urgent need of such as well as pain medication. Both these ladies helped me to make my friend feel better. Thanks, CVS, for hiring such wonderful people.

Shockingly incompetent pharmacy. Everyone there should be fired. This review is not due to a one time problem but the general way they do business. If your rx is not available or on back order don’t expect a courtesy call.your doctor might get one. Maybe. Probably not. If you are waiting for a delivery cause you are too sick to go out prepare for 12 hr vigil and an incomplete order. If one of your rx happens to be a controlled substance expect CVS to decide whats best for you, not your doctor, and for CVS to treat you like a junkie by refusing to fill or deliver your rx claiming “ it’s not time”, even if it’s past the 30 day time. Expect them to do as they financially please. Fill it or not. Expect 36 plus minute hold times, then to be disconnected. Don’t ask to speak to a manager, apparently none work there. The App is not user friendly and gives conflicting information on the status of your prescriptions. I could continue with this rant but I’m too sick. I would have felt better had cvs shown up with my medication by 8PM after I called and was told the medicine was out for delivery at 8 AM.
Go anywhere but cvs. They are condescending and rude to patients. They second guess your doctor’s prescriptions when it is not their place. They give patients conflicting information. They lie just to get you off the phone. 10 pharmacists will give you ten different rx explanations, all of them wrong. The APP is a joke. Calling them is worse still

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have had several situations where I was told my prescription would be ready by x time, and when I arrived to pick it up - I was told they don't have it and can't get it before close. Twice this was for medicine I urgently needed. Another time, the pharmacy fill the prescription and gave me the wrong medicine - I only noticed when I went to take it that night. This is a major problem and put my health at risk. When I called to discuss with the pharmacist I was met with someone who was rude and condescending saying that my doctor should have known to send the prescription to a specialty pharmacy. While that may be true, their staff should also know not to tell a client a prescription would be ready by x day/time if in fact they do not have it and cannot get it and furthermore they should not fill the prescription with the wrong medicine if they don't have the correct one. Am going to escalate this to CVS directly because it could put someone's health in jeopardy. Shameful and disappointing as I have always used CVS pharmacies to fill my prescriptions.

Decent store but if you are looking for alcohol, they have a very limited and subpar collection. The store itself is clean but we were creeped out by people standing there simply staring at the customers.

What's wrong with black female security? I know she is a security but she is too much, it's looks like by over acting, trying to cover her problems or something, the way she watching you like make you uncomfortable, i work with one of delivery platform so almost go there everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, hope most of the staff knows me, and I'm not a shoplifter, that's not the way I grow up and my religion! I make more than enough money, don't disrespect a person be professional and treat everyone same way! ALWAYS HUMANITY FIRST!

There are staffs to greet you when you enter the door located at 129 Fulton Street, New york, NY.
I have been shopping in the store several times recently. When I need help, the clerks are actively involved, helping to open the locker to get medicines, etc, and helping to settle the money. It is very convenient. Among them is the manager of the store. It is common for him to be busy recording work in the store. He has also actively responded to my inquiries, helped to find the goods in the store, and picked them up for me. I am a senior customer, thanks for your CVS haveing such a good pharmacy store and staff service!
Thank again!

The “customer service” at this location is comically bad. Rude, unhelpful and incredibly slow. I will absolutely never return.

I live within a block of this location, and I have two main issues with how they conduct business.

The first is that they are far from consistent with their hours. Supposedly, they are open 24 hours a day, but half the time that is blatantly false. There have been days that I’ve shown up at 11: 30 PM and they are closed and other days I’ve shown up at 2: 00 AM and they are open. If you have a giant sign that says “Open 24 Hours, ” then your business needs to be open 24 hours a day seven days a week. If that is not to be the case, then note that in some form of public representation. It does not reflect well on the CVS brand for a location to loudly proclaim something in multiple lighted signs outside your place of business, and then prove not to follow through with that promised message.

The second issue I have is that every single thing is in a locked case. If you need to move quickly, you’re not going to get in and out in a timely manner. It takes absolutely forever to get any assistance to have a single case unlocked to purchase something that is lucked away (so basically everything at this store). Meanwhile, there is a Duane Reade less than 500 feet away that has absolutely nothing locked in a like manner. If CVS has such a problem with shoplifting that it needs to have locked cases, then why in the world do they have security guards at the front and multiple employees stationed throughout the store. Maybe they should use those salaries towards paying a legitimate 24 hour a day staff instead of falsely proclaiming hours, that are not true.

Patron this location at your peril. I suggest visiting the Duane Reade at the corner of Broadway and Park Place. It’s a far better use if your time and money.

Juha was absolutely amazing. There aren’t many customer service workers who go above and beyond anymore however I’m glad Juha is one of them. She definitely deserves a raise.

Pharmacist raised her tone at me and acted defensive after I asked why my prescription looked different than what I received in the past.

Maybe slightly condescending and very unclear instruction with forced self-checkout at 11: 50pm on 1/4/2023; Call the CVS corporate headquarter 1-800-SHOP-CVS to inform top management. Forcing you self-checkout and passive-aggressively criticize you for not knowing the insider-tricks on the broken machines is not optimal for business, why not support customers at the checkout process to make the sale/transaction/profit? Please notify staff on this profitability point. Respect the customers.

I try to avoid this location but sometimes it's unavoidable. I have felt some staff of color purposely followed me as if I was a shoplifter. Just last week I went to purchase something before work, traveled to the aisle, and took a few minutes looking. An African American female manager (I assume) just appeared to show up a minute later in the same aisle, didn't say anything to me or offer to help but just stood there doing nothing important for a good five minutes and left. I glanced over to her and was about to say, are you following me? But chose to fight my battles here. Many folks of color work in local government buildings in that area and financially contribute to businesses. Therefore, I am hoping staff receive retraining on how to safe-guard inventory without making certain paying customers feel discriminated against due to their ethnicities. I shop else when I can including the other store on Waters Street. I don't have too many eyes on me as I shop which makes me feel comfortable shopping and supporting businesses with my hard earned money.
