Today I went to CVS at 111 Main Street in Southampton to buy WIC food for my child, the address of this pharmacy is in the WIC booklet and on Monday February 20th I already bought 2 packs of Enfamil. Near the cash register stood a cashier of African American origin. I asked her to help me, to which she replied that CVS does not accept WIC. I explained to her that I bought ENFAMIL only on MondayThe cashier showed me displeasedly to go to the counter and slowly walked towards me. The cashier spoke very dismissively. And I couldn’t get through Enfamil, she said that I couldn’t use the WIC card and she saw a blue insurance card in my wallet and started arguing and shouting, that I paid on Monday with SNAP. I showed the check to the manager, who, having seen my transaction from Monday, could not do anything and food for my baby did not let me buy with WIC and sent me away. My husband tried to figure out the situation but same cashier shouted on him and 3 times showed middle finger. This is terrible. This is 0 tolerance. The cashier is African American, unfortunately we did not have time to find out the name. 111 Main street Southampton CVS will never go there again. Moreover, the manager is not competent. Behind me, the girl also wanted to buy Enfamil with WIC and he refused her too.

The worst. Website says they are open to 11 PM got there at 10: 28 and they were closed. Dingy looking guy walked by the door and said they were close go away. The lights were all on, the inside doors were still open and he just waved me to go away. I said your website says it's open to 11pm. He just waved me away, he had no regard, no concern just totally disgusting in appearance disheveled and no customer service
skill. It was obvious he closed earlier then he was supposed to. Called today to talk to store manager and he was just as bad. Will be sending a letter to Corporate.

The Worst pharmacy! Very rude and unprofessional, long waits, no one answers the phones, there to busy giving shots to people then geting meds to people that need them to survive. I will no longer do business with them! And go elsewhere. Fu cvs!

Incredibly long wait times to speak to anybody - either over the phone or in person. Express even the slightest bit of frustration and instead of an apology or, idk a smile, you’re met with a rude remark about how your complaint is actually wasting time

Top it all off, once you finally get what you need, the in person checkout is super slow. Think you’ll save time using the self checkout? Ha. They’re either not working or don’t accept cash etc etc etc. Miserable experience

Self checkout didn’t scan all of our items and the lady came over for no reason and basically accused us of stealing because we are minorities. It’s was so obvious she could have been a little more subtle. She stood behind as treating us like criminals until we left. It was a lot. Everyone else in line needed help but she was so focused on us stealing a bag of pretzels and starbursts.

The worst store ever. I reported to a district manager that this store has callers stay on phone for at least 1/2 hour to 45 minuets before they pick up the line in the pharmacy. Think it's ti.e for corporate to emulate this store from the top of the chain to tge store staff. Passed off customer.

Absolutely the worst store and pharmacy. Took three visits to get one RX filled and it was still wrong. Watched pharmacists drop pills on the floor and very dude pharmacists and clerks. Not to mention the store is always in complete disarray whenever you go in. Don't bother.

The worst experience I ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist didn’t like the fact that I was using a RX coupon. I told her why can’t she be nice and she threatened me. She told me to leave and will not give me my meds. I almost called the police. Someone else took charge and gave me my meds.

I have been going to the pharmacy and my experience each time ranges from unfriendly to rude. And I always walk away with the feeling that they are bothered by me asking a question or simply by shopping there. Duane Reed in the neighborhood is much friendlier and the staff is very helpful.

The employee named NADIA was very unprofessional and accused me for being rude, where she is the one who was not able to take time to listen and (I asked her more than 2 times to hear me out first but always cuts me off!) doesn't let me finish. As a person who manages a customer oriented GSIB this is not acceptable. Atleast empathized and gather information first. She was very one sided and didn't even tried to resolve the situation. She hanged up to me and didn't event tried to deescalate the unsatisfactory error nor take ownership of the error that their pharmacy did. Knowing this is located in the Hamptons, I was expecting far better professionalism that employees understand to handle affluent/nonaffluent customers approach customer service excellence. This is very ghetto and very disappointing that this type of customer experience and how my dad's issue was poorly handled, is it because he is elderly? We feel extremely discriminated by so called medical/pharmacy professional. Rest assured that this experience will be escalated to the corporate! I hope Nadia is not there manager because this type of service will impact the overall business if its handled by a manager that has no knowledge of atleast courtesy or soft skills.

The place is totally disgusting they never clean the floor! Stains on the carpet and gum stuck to the floor! CVS should be ashamed of the condition of some of their stores! Just another example of corporate greed.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE. It has been experience more often than not that the price on the shelf is lower than the price rung up at the register.when brought to the attention of a manager he or she adjusts the price that time. On the next visit it starts all over again.

The worst experience at a pharmacy. Manager is rude the pharmacist are super slow couldn’t even have my meds ready for me after waiting 2 hours there, this place is super understaffed. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Made appointment online for my husbands flu shot to be told by a rather rude pharmacy manager that he is a walk in and she is saving the vaccine for other appointments. I tried to tell her look at your own CVS website it tells us he has an appointment. No problem for me I will take my business elsewhere. I have been a customer with CVS in the city for over 20 years and never had an experience like this, I guess they or the pharmacy manager is used to turning away business that is standing in front of her. One bad experience is enough for me.

I have been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy for a week and every time i call i am placed on hold for what feels like forever. After my first call I tried to take an alternative route and use the website but was locked out of my account for "using the maximum number of attempts" despite the fact that i attempted to access my Rx just once! I haven't been able to get my hands on a daily prescription for a week now and I am very upset.

Their pharmacy constantly places the burden on the customer regarding anything out of the ordinary regarding prescriptions. I had my other pharmacy fax them my prescription 3 times to transfer it to them. Even after two weeks CVS pharmacy Southampton claimed they never got it. I had to get my other pharmacy to call them several times. Still nothing. CVS pharmacy Southampton requests that I get a new prescription from the doctor. Unfortunately some doctors have 3 day wait periods. Unless the prescription is sent from the doctor’s office to CVS in a perfect manner with zero extenuating circumstances or any issue like billing code error, it will not get filled, and they certainly won’t due anything about it themselves. Whether it’s a short-staffing issue, or a CVS systems issue, the net effect is your prescription can be sucked into their black hole of idleness. The bottom line is I would never use them if I had another choose. They’re horrible.
