Drug Store CVS reviews
15There's always boxes everywhere and the employees r RUDE. I love CVS I tolerate this location
If I could give them a zero I would. Not my style to leave bad reviews but it has taken them 2 days to deliver my prescriptions and when I call it takes over 30 minutes for someone to answer with an attitude as if I'm the one inconveniencing *them* Horrible customer service.
This particular CVS is perfect! The employees are amazing and the store is very clean! When you enter the store someone ALWAYS says "welcome! "
Horrible customer service at the pharmacy area! People waiting and the employees are ignoring customers.
Beyond awful. They kept me on hold for over 15 minutes when someone did answer their phone was cutting out. So they just placed me on hold again. It’s insane. Their app is useless.
Please fire the female pharmacist from this place. She makes no attempt to help or even bothers lift a finger. Every single time she answers the phone she has an attitude.
If you are going to speak badly about a customer, remember to hang up the phone first. "Why is it my problem if she. ". Because you chose to work in a job that requires customer service, and people call pharmacies when they need help with their medicines.
Pharmacy line and wait is always super long.
CVS hire more staff for this store please.
CVS on 3rd Ave and 91st St.is the only chain store I ever receive a hello and a “welcome to CVS” from staff when I walk in the door. The neighborly approach is a rarity in a chain store and makes me want to shop there more.
I love our CVS! The staff is GrEaT and always ready to help with any questions that we might have. This store is clean…well organized…and very well managed.
I never need assistance, as I know where everything is. It’s a good store in a good location, and I am pleased I live close by. The pharmacy reaches out efficiently when I need to pick up a prescription, and I have never had a problem with them. I have gotten to know the staff there - Endi, Daniel, Marcy, Henry, Robert, Rosa, Danny are whom I can name off hand, and they are all great. However, one individual who works there seems to be on a job ‘program’, and while we (if I may presume for others) don’t expect every employee in a general job to possess enthusiastically great social skills, this guy is a creepy stick-in-the mud! I have never heard his voice once, and he is standing at the front entrance looking at people entering just about EVERY NIGHT! I am sorry, but my feelings are more than merely effected by an ‘indifferent’ personality. This guy’s eyes look ultra-creepy! My neighbors agree slightly, but think I’m too sensitive and that it’s ignorable. They are probably right. It’s good that our society wants to exhibit job programs and equal opportunity, etc, but this person should not be right in the thick of customer interface! Again, he seems to have been given shifts at prime time just about every night! I would like to believe CVS corporate would not like this. Oh - of course, we can’t mess with the ‘political’ issue if he is on a ‘program’ of some sort. There must be so many people in his circumstance that need a job - AND have the capacity to smile and say hello! He is just awful, like he hates the world! Why should we endure this as customers? I feel somewhat bad, because he just does his job, I guess. He’s not overtly rude but hardly customer-friendly. Image and customer service should count heavily, and this issue is quite a drawback! Forgive my sensitivity, as it’s not personal (I’ve never directly dealt with him), but I just get a very awkward feeling about him. It’s not right he should be standing at the entrance glaring creepily (that is the perception) while people come in! No smile, no “welcome to CVS”! Last time (lol) - he is just awful!
This is the worst CVS ever! Pharmacists were super rude, didn’t fill the prescription on time and did not have them sent to my house as they said they would.they left me on hold for more then 20 min.
I wouldn’t even give 1 star.
Please hire some people in the pharmacy who know what they’re doing. There are a few young people in here who are making the process of picking up a prescription in this location miserable. The big guy is fine. The older black woman is great. The rest of the staff need to be retrained. This does not need to be a 30 minute ordeal.
Henry is the manager. He goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Great. Really perfect.
I could not be more grateful for this CVS. The people in the front are very polite and friendly! Also, I was in the midst of a terrible multi-day migraine, but they were out of my medication, but Evan in the Pharmacy immediately did his research and phoned the prescription over to another location that had it. This meant the difference between suffering for at least two more days or getting relief now!
