They all are so great at the pharmacy. Especially Mia! She gets the job done and cares about her patients. The entire staff works so hard in a small place that’s always packed with people.

I have been going here for 2 years and they always go above and beyond for me. Thank you!

Worst pharmacy. Time after time they fail to fill common medications in a timely manner (typical antibiotics take over 24 hours to fill), wrong information is provided about their stock, they don’t answer the phones and long lines/ wait times to pick up medications consistency can exceed 30 minutes.

If i could give this pharmacy 0 stars i would. I was going here for a few years and watched it just get worse and worse. Super unorganized, behind the counter pill bottles on the floor thing’s where they don’t belong. The newer woman pharmacist is so rude, you try to speak with her and she hardly gives an answer and rushes you off. You’re waiting there for about 45 minutes so plan for a long trip just to get your medication and if you call you will be on hold for over an hour. I changed my pharmacy to the CVS on Bellmore Avenue and it’s a 5 minute in and out, the pharmacist is a pleasure, well organized, and feel welcome there.

I have been coming here for many years. In most resent years the pharmacy is failing. Today I had an important prescription sent over at 4 pm. I went there at 615 pm. Waited on line for 25 minutes. They said the prescription wasnt reedy.i returned at 730 pm. To my surprised I spoke to the same person after waiting online for another 10 minutes just to tell me that they're out of the medication. So now I have a scramble to get this medicine by tonight. Once again thank you CVS in Bellmore 2660 Jerusalem Avenue
The pharmacy is terrible.

Had an appointment today for the RSV vaccine at 12: 30PM. Arrived at 12: 20 signed in and waited. Was then told after waiting that they ran out of the vaccine due to walk ins. What's the purpose of having an appointment system? Poorly managed store. My husband had an appointment at 2: 30 for the same vaccine. No text notice informing him that they are out of the vaccine, but he did receive a text confirming his appointment and to announce his arrival upon arrival! CVS is being operated by incompetent management!

This CVS continues to have poor customer service in the Pharmacy along with needing a service cleaning both inside and especially the sidewalk outside. I know good help is hard to find!

I have typically had good experiences with the pharmacy staff and I have been using them for 10 yrs now. I guess everyone experience is different.

Horrible experience every time! My meds are never ready. Workers are rude and always on the phone. Sometimes they aren’t even able to find my medication it took me speaking to the actual pharmacist and she found my medication! I’m officially switching pharmacy

The experience gets worse every time. Staff didn’t order prescription since Friday, so it’s not ready today Tuesday. Had to come in three different times. Now finally they have after staff gave me the wrong information at first. Had to speak with different people. They don’t follow the line so people just jump in. Everyone is frustrated and nasty. In the past they’ve gotten the insurance wrong too. I’m switching back to a real pharmacist. These box stores know zero about tending to sick people!

It appears that this location is getting worse by the week. It concerns me that if the store is dirty from top to bottom and it's obvious what is happening in the pharmacy. I understand its not the pharmacy job to clean the store, but it is their job to clean their area and around them so that people feel as if they dont have to worry. Dust balls stains in the carpets and just boxes and supplies all over the floor.
