CVS, Commack NY

One of the worst, most careless pharmacies I have ever used. I don't think I ever had a positive experience.

Please, relocate the Childers medicine from lower shelf to center or up, it is very hard for customers to bend down to grab medicine from lower shelf, I was there this morning, now having back pain cause need to bend down to find medicine.

Front end Ladies and front end manager is rude other than that everyone is very good and helpful.

This Hass to be the worst managed CVS in the country, get all my medication there, went to get a simple birthday card for my son, and it looks like their card section was hit by a hurricane. Shame on you CVS you’ve lost my business.

The staff here I was super helpful and I’ve known them for years. I’ve gotten every thing I needed today for a good price.

The manager is always on top of everything and makes sure the shelves are stocked.

There’s plenty of parking and there’s a station with people making it fast and smooth at checkout. There are self checkouts and regular people to help you readily available.

There’s this one pharmacist who always locks herself in the bathroom, completely locking the entire bathroom for anyone else to use, then almost hit my face with the door after I had to use the alternative. Very rude young lady, no care in the world, then when I mentioned it to the cashier, she snapped at me. Terrible service all around, I’d rather go to any other CVS than this one, but unfortunately, it’s the one closest on my route for a pit stop.

Terrible! I would actually give it less if that was possible. I was told today that it was my fault they didn’t have my prescription in because although my doctor sent it over a week ahead that was too early for them and i needed to also call them and remind them to order it by Friday. Then i was hung up on. Called back and was told the only course of action was for me to call all other CVS pharmacies myself and see if any of them had it in stock. I can’t believe they are responsible for people’s life saving medication and well being. They should be shut down.

Feel like waiting forever for your script. This is the place! The pharmacist didn’t even care and showed no empathy. Pathetic

This cvs pharmacist is great they all are always very helpful as well as the staff. They just need more staff bc of the high demand. But they really are

The people who work here are certainly nice, but this store is in DESPERATE need of more help. And the "more help" needs to be very good at what they do. Steven and Joseph and the other "with it" people can't be there 24/7.

Terrible service had a 7 PM appointment arrived at the store 15 minutes early. Later filling out some paperwork was asked to sit down in the waiting area. After 22 minutes the same person I'd filled out the paperwork with asked if we got our flu shot. I replied no then realized she had forgotten my family of four absolutely terrible service.
