Pharmacy people THE WORST!
TOTALLY NOT HELPFUL!
My first time here but definitely The last!

Most of time I go there. You wait and wait on a long line.yesterday? I was number 14 in line just walked out. Not the first time good.

Staff is friendly enough, but every time I come, the pharmacy line is 10 people deep with one person running a register.

Chronically understaffed, they’ve really gone downhill the past two years. The self-checkouts are annoying. Why is that labor being pushed onto consumers? They also slashed their pharmacy hours, after running half the independent pharmacies out of town.

Replaced a grocery store and doesn’t provide the same benefits to the community. Pharmacy is terrible but Chris and the staff are generally gems (aside from the baseline rudeness on some their parts I’ve come to expect from chain pharmacy employees). CVS, like a pock mark that won’t heal, has continued to detract from the Village of Warwick.

If I didn't pretty much know every employee I'd leave CVS.
Pharmacy is constantly understaffed! It's actually pathetic at this point. Guess everyone is working from home!

CVS Pharmacy in Warwick, NY got to be the most incompetent staff ever assembled to operate a department.
I scheduled a Covid Booster shot last Friday a week prior and was notified the same day that it was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. Their refrigeration system broke down, their excuse.
I rescheduled for the next Friday and again and got confirmed. On the same date of my appointment I received a text stating, again due to unforseen circumstances it was cancelled.
Called Pharmacy and the Pharmacist, Judy, stated that they ran out of the booster Covid vaccine.
I really now feel very uncomfortable trusting these people to Handel and dispense drugs.

The pharmacy has gone completely downhill. For some reason I stopped receiving messages that my prescriptions were ready. Thus I had medications returned after 14 days because they weren’t picked up. Naturally, they weren’t picked up because I didn’t know they were ready. This location is most convenient to my home but I have had to switch to another pharmacy a few towns away. Tried several times to remedy the problem but they were unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

The front-end & pharmacy have friendly and helpful associates. The pharmacist (s) are very good and helpful as well. CVS offers all sorts of products for "one-stop" shopping.

Chris, one of the pharmacists will always go out of his way to be very helpful and he's always very kind. Brian in the pharmacy is another standout. Always has a smile and always willing to help and be patient. Some of the pharmacy associates are pretty rude and unhelpful.

I love CVS clean neat a place for everything and everything in it's place
The pharmacy staff is sooo very nice and goes above and beyond to help you
And the same goes to the rest of the employees thru the store keep up the great work

The self-checkout machine displayed an error message. The cashier lady approached and literally shouted in my face, “WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU? CAN’T YOU EVEN READ? ! The lady’s inappropriate behavior was startling, very hostile, aggressive, and scary for my little girl to witness. I told the employee that her manor was abusive and she shouted “WELL I’M BUSY! ”, made a hostile gesture with her hand and stormed off. This demonstration of bad behavior was displayed in front of an entire store of customers… And she still works there! There’s a Walgreens 8 miles away. My family goes there now… and so do my friends families. The fact that the store management nurtures bad behavior seems to be common knowledge in Warwick.
