On the date of January 30th 2024 at approximately 12pm, I was assisted by the pharmaceutical team which consisted of Nancy, Amy, Maria and one other young African American young lady that always has her hair wrapped unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I've been using this CVS for 30 years and never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism. Nancy stated if I'm unhappy don't come back. When I asked for her name she said I'm not giving you my name you're messing with the wrong one. She was so rude and loud. As that was transpiring, the young lady with the wrapped hair found Nancy's actions to be funny and was laughing which is completely unprofessional. In addition to that, I asked Maria if she was in contact with my doctor since they didn't have the prescription yet and she said she spoke to the doctor already when in fact she hadn't spoken to the doctor because as I was waiting I called the doctor's office myself and was told no one has reached out nor was the doctor able to get through to the pharmacy. Amy the pharmacist manager had gotten involved and did her best to try and resolve the issue however, this should have never happened in the first place. The disrespect, the embarrassment and unprofessionalism was astronomical. Luckily I was able to get the District Leader of Pharmacist contact info and look forward to speaking to George Soulos to rectify this ridiculous behavior. Proffesionalism is key at all times especially when working with the public this team did not under any circumstance exude that and quite frankly its disgusting.
Pharmacy is horrible - they NEVER answer the phone, someone just picks up and hangs up, extremely frustrating. Kept telling me to call my insurance bc it was expired and i had no issues, its been active i picked up a prescription last week! Oblivious to what is going on - horrible customer service. This review is just for the pharmacy, cant speak for the store.
My mother came in to pick up a prescription and spoke to Nancy at the pharmacy. She was extremely rude and began cursing at my mother over a simple misunderstanding about the prescription. There were other employees at the pharmacy who were giggling in the background. I will never be coming back here. The service was already terrible but this was the last straw. It was unbelievably disrespectful. I’m not sure what she’s going through in her personal life, but it’s unacceptable to take it out on paying customers. It’s not my fault you work at CVS.
I had a great experience on this trip! Person in front was very helpful and had the line moving. Fast check out and I used my savings of 30% off my purchase
Extremely unprofessional. I came to pick up my prescription through the drive through and they told me that it wasn’t ready yet. They told me to wait 15 minutes so I wait 20 to be safe and came back but they told me that 15 minutes wasn’t up yet. So I end up waiting in the parking lot for a total of 30 minutes just for them to tell me that i have to come inside. Inside, I waited 20 more minutes for them to get my order together but then they told me that they didn’t have half of my order. Now I have to come back again.
Nice and clean. Sales associate was very helpful and friendly. This was my first time visiting this CVS. Only bought lip balm.
Loyal customer for 20 years. Pharmacy is in shambles since Eugene left. One issue after another. It's deplorable.
I don't have any problems, most of the staff are friendly, but in general there is a dark-haired lady who has a bad attitude, every medicine that I come to pick up says that I have to pay, it is always in the drive, true, I get off and go to the internal part and By magic, the medication was there, whether it was with me or someone else in my family.
The general store, and the staff that work in the convenient section are great.
However, this pharmacy is absolute trash.
My experience:
I had a medication filled here a few months ago. Then I called my doc for a refill. I was informed I had 11 refills on file. When I called the pharmacy the automated system did not recognize that medication. When I tried to speak with the pharmacy staff I was on hold for 35 minutes. When the employee picked up the phone she said hello then immediately hung up on me.
I then drove to the pharmacy. The employee told me they do not have my medication on file and I had never filled it at this pharmacy and there was nothing they could do.
I then called the docs office again. They confirmed this was the pharmacy and they placed 11 refills.
I had the medication sent to Walgreens by my doctors office. It was ready in 15 minutes……
Such a waste of time and energy at this place. Every time I go here I feel like I need 30 minutes to recover. The pharmacy Staff is untrained, unprofessional and an absolute nightmare to deal with.
It terrifies me that the staff here is responsible for providing people with life saving medications.
They need to do better or close. It should never be this hard to get your medicine.
I always have a great experience at this store. The staff is very courteous and friendly. There is always a vast supply of products to choose from and I have no problem finding what I need.
Best cvs location is west hempstead across from halls pond. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Store always in nice order. Easy to find things.
This location refuses to pick up the phone. Has very long line in the store and at the drive-tru!
Their pharmacist seems to be completely oblivious to the fact that they need help.
I wish I could give a zero. They have a drive through and can’t manage it. Then the representative says come inside there’s no line. Well if there is no line inside why is the drive through almost 10 cars deep?

Shelves are messy and empty! Went in for a wedding card.couldn’t find one.not even a blank card!
