13I tried to call this store to check xmas eve specific hours for a patient that would have to pick up meds and spent 10 minutes trying to get an actual human being to ask but wasnt able to even though the store was open.
Poor customer service! So rude! Pharmacy actually hung up on me twice! I work in customer service and have been going there for years! I was super disappointed and not impressed. No one apologized, spoke to me like I was a nuisance. I actually heard them pick up, then hang up! After 40 mins of trying to get through I finally spoke with a very reluctant team member who said they were “having issues with their phones” hard to believe. I will no longer be going there. Sad really, bc I never leave bad reviews, I felt I had to say something in this case. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Time for you all to get rid of the automated phones.and start answering them.was told by machiene script would be ready at 333 pm went there at 430.and was told a whole different story.also called first and was disconnected.no customer service at RX. Was offered to get the things I needed but had to pay for it.someone makes mistake. I have to suffer financially for it.where is customer service.here.they don't deserve the 1 star i was required to give.go somewhere else for your RX
Terrible. They always take forever and never answer calls. Plus they all take a break on lunch for some reason instead of making sure there is someone available all day. So many people and i have har numerous issues with this pharmacy
Decent local pharmacy. Nice variety of goods to shop while waiting. Has self checkouts. Receipts are way too long.
I have waited 20 minutes in line to find out they just closed when I got to the window. Today I was turned away during my second trip to pick up a prescription d/t a motor vehicle accident. It still was not billed correctly and it was suggested I either come in or come back in through the drive through in 15 minutes. I cannot walk d/t an injury, told them so. When I arrived home I called to speak to a pharmacist who stated " It is here now waiting for you" Very rude response from the pharmacist. They are not helpful at all in clarifying what you need to do to avoid this in the future. Definitely could use some customer service skills training.
Waiting for them to pick up for over 20 minutes and counting. I can understand that you're busy, but it takes 5 seconds to say your phone call is important just to make the customer acknowledged. Sometimes, I feel like customer service is non-existing at this location. You have 5 people at this location, but there is no delegation and no order.
CVS is always well organized, clean, and well stocked with every medical item you could wish for, to personal, home care, food items to stock your shelves, fridge, or freezer with, as well as gifts and cards. Everyone loves CVS, and I do too.
Absolutely worthless to contact pharmacy. Phone line repeats only covid related options. Line hangs up before reaching pharmacist.
As of this writing I have spent over nineteen minutes on hold with this store, and it isn't the first time. The staff appears unable to answer phone calls. I'll be transferring my prescriptions.
4 cars in pharmacy drive through all waiting to get helped, finally my turn after 15 minutes of waiting, and they flip a sign saying closed for lunch. Refused to help the cars that have been waiting in line. Horrible customer experience. Needs to have a better policy around pharmacy hours and how they handle drive through customers.
