CVS, New Rochelle NY

Store has everything in stock, but the representatives look at you like you’re going to steal everything very uncomfortable to shop in any store like that

I’ve gone to this cvs for my prescriptions for years now. As of late I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with the service. I went 3 weeks ago to pick up a prescription, turns out they did not have it so they had to order it. I was told it would come in the following day. A week later I went in to pick it up and yet again I was told they did not have it. It is now a week later and still no refill! This is ridiculous. 3 weeks and still no progress on refilling my meds. I am also currently on hold and have been on hold for over 25 minutes now with no one to picking up the phone. If you can get your prescriptions refilled elsewhere I would highly suggest it because this cvs pharmacy had gone down hill. Super frustrating.

Cvs pharmacy is the worst. I renewed a prescription 7 days ago and nobody called me. Came to the store to find out that the store did not fill the prescription. Was told to come back in a few days. What a joke. What is the purpose of refilling a prescription on line when they don’t do it

Vaccine appointment VERY slow. I arrived at 11: 20 for my 11: 30am vaccine appointment, and checked in at the pharmacy. The pharmacist asked me to wait in the vaccine area. She puttered around doing this and that in the pharmacy area for 10 minutes. 15 minutes. 20 minutes. 30 minutes.yes, a whole 40 minutes later I got my vaccine, which took all of 1 minute to administer. There was no-one else waiting for a vaccine and the pharmacist did not speak to or assist any other customers while I was waiting. Why did I have to wait so long? ! A frustrating experience. I will not book a vaccine appointment here again.

I called Tuesday evening to inquire about a product the employee who answered rushed me off the phone. When mentioned it to her she hung up on me. I didn't get her name, she had an accent.

I visited this location in the afternoon today and Elizabeth and Kayanndra were so kind and helpful! I was asking them about a cosmetic product and they answered my question and complimented my outfit! Having 2 young ladies like my outfit made me feel young again Haha! I will definitely be returning to this location

Elizabeth and Kayanndra were so incredibly helpful! This is the most organized and in-stock CVS I've ever been to. The workers clearly care about their craft and representing the CVS brand in good faith.

I usually go to cvs on weyman Avenue, new rochelle, ny every Saturday and I am always greeted by a personable person. It is always a pleasure to shop at this store.

I have been shopping the CVS pharmacy ay Weyman Ave.in New Rochelle for many years and I want to compliment Kayanndra for all here kindness and help. She is always so positive and friendly, always willing to assist customers.

This CVS needs a complete overhaul. It’s complete trash and no one there can competently do their job. Can you get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy? No. Can a manager help with issues? No. Are the employees friendly or knowledgeable? No. Is it well stocked? No. This location is one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

I came here to buy a charger, tried it right outside the store and it didn’t work so I went back in to return it. The lady who helped me buy the charger also helped me return it. She never mentioned that I would receive only half the amount I spent without the receipt. When the manager came, I offered to get my receipt but it was too late. I came here to waste my time and money. Ridiculous

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. God forbid you ever have to call them because they do not pick up the phone. Have been left on hold for hours. I am going to change to a non-cvs pharmacy now that my insurance does not require me to stay with CVS.
