Drug Store CVS reviews

Thank you for your services. You were very professional and provided excellent customer service.
Terrible service, my daughter was kept waiting for over an hour to pick up her prescription, I will be switching to Walgreens. It's further away, but at least we won't have to wait so long
Pharmacy service is slow, went three times to get my prescription first time they couldn’t find it RX, 2nd time thier pharmacist couldn’t process insurance info, third time pick up service person couldn’t hear my name right even i was loud, looks like new hire so dont know what’s going on system to process pick up order, atleast not using their pharmacy service anymore
This CVS is very poorly stocked and managed compared to other CVS stores in the area. We continue to use it only because of its proximity to our address and we need to make frequent trips for medications. There is ALWAYS a wait at the line to pick up and RX and more often than not they can't find it. Help is generally more rude and indifferent than helpful and apologetic.
Here it is 6 years after I wrote the original review. Things have gotten worse. I am 80 years old and handicapped. Access to a decent drug store is essential to me. On a recent visit when I went to pick up a prescription, I waited 20 minutes before the manager announced the computers were not working and they couldn't process any transactions.
On my visit today to finally get script they texted me about EVERY day, there were no carts available (a regular issue), no machine to get coupons, items poorly stocked, sale signs not on all items in circular, frozen food chests PADLOCKED with no one around to help.
Finally they did not want to give me $10 credit on Carepass even though I received email 3 hours before stating I had 2 days left to use Carepass. Requested to speak to manager. A young man came out whom I knew was not the manager. After gaining the attention of several customers waiting in line, he gave me a $10 coupon.
Why do I continue to go to this CVS? Because I rely on someone taking me and it is the closest to my house. Considering changing to Walgreens
Worst cvs worst service horrible communication, get another job if you don’t want do your job.
Worst CVS. Manger was rude to me and friend when we were looking at the makeup. She told us to leave because we were looking with the potential of buying. She said “if you guys are not buying anything you need to leave”. The fridges in the side with the drinks are locked up. How are you a drug store and lock up one of the main things people come in for. There is usually only one cashier or they make you use the self check out machines that don’t work work half the time. They also never restock their shelves. Candy and food isle are never stocked with item. Just go to Walgreens down the street so much better.
The associate would be reason I come she changed my view about that CVS. My previous experience was such that all I would do there is pick up my prescriptions. Glad I decided to stop there instead of heading to walgreens, the place I was about to take all my business including my prescription pickup. Thank her for me. Cynthia, I believe that’s what another associate said.
This CVS is by far one of the absolute worst pharmacies that I have ever come across. It is beyond difficult to navigate the telephone prompts to actually make contact with a live person. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for older adults to call in and be shuffled from one pre-recorded menu to the next. God forbid there is an Emergency situation and someone wants to speak with a live Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician; there's no way to do so without being on the press 2, press 7, press 6, press 9 merry-go-round. To sum it up I would much rather go to Rite-Aid and Call them, because it is far less complicated than calling or going to the Rite Aid on Grand Avenue in Baldwin.
Wish I could rate this dump of a place zero! Fix this store or close it down! It's utter garbage at this point. Pharmacy department is a sinking ship.
Terrible customer service and the pharmacy lies about having your prescriptions ready when they aren’t.
