CVS, Queens NY

I won't recommend cvs, before I wanted to give them a chance. Cvs delivered the wrong medicine to a patients three times, it was on t.v. I wanted to give cvs a chance but they don't know what they are doing. That why they have 2.7 rating. Thumb down!

The pharmacy department here is wildly unprofessional, been like that since before covid-19 for years now. The girls working behind the pharmacy try to rush you off the phone without looking into things! If "I cant help you ;) " is the easiest but incorrect answer (as in my case there was a verification number that was overlooked somehow by one of THEM) then the "I can't help you ;) " response seems to be thrown around like a well rehearsed response! The lines to pick-up your medicine goes down to practically the entrance of the store, as one person works a register (atleast 1 other register is 90% of the times open) and up to 6 people are behind that counter. Some are just standing idle and talking with each other as this goes on while one or maybe or two people are filling prescriptions. I've never seen such a terribly ran pharmacy in all my life, and im one to hardly ever care to write a review on anything. Smh

The outside looks like it came from a poor city in India, bad location, bad service, dirty on the inside, and the employees dont look happy working there. Alot of the shelves are empty and the employees hardly ever restock anything at all. I got bit by a bug inside here because there is bugs in there.

I’ve been shopping at this CVS location for over 10 years. Over the past few years I’ve seen this store decline in appearance and customer service. The store manager and floor associates are EXTREMELY rude and nasty. They don’t want to help. They are not accommodating. They just don’t care and think they can speak to customers however they please. I’ve emailed their customer service department regarding several issues I’ve had with the most recent being a week ago and nothing has been done. Apparently the corporate office doesn’t care as well. The pharmacy staff is friendly and always offer to help but are overwhelmed and short staffed. I wouldn't give this location one star. So disappointed! I’ll be shopping at Walgreens from now on.

Unfortunately in order to post I was obliged to give them one star. When in reality they don't deserve any. Horrible customer service but I think that goes without saying since most reviewers already mentioned it. The worst part is how they try to give you medication without authorization in order to charge your insurance. CVS are a bunch of thieves, they have been notorious for that.

Basic phone skills would be nice. Especially when the wait time to get a live person has reached over an hour of waiting. To those that are searching where to go.other CVS locations have what you need. Including Rite Aide which is down Crossbay blvd. You will also have a friendly staff willing to answer your questions even when they are extremely busy and short staffed. This Howard Beach location needs a complete overhaul of staff beginning with the pharmacy department. I am not alone when it comes to poor experience at this location. Convenient yes, but not worth giving them your business.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Waited 10 days for a prescription that I take everyday, I get the phone call it's ready and I come to the stora and it's still not rwady. And they are nothing but nasty about it. Most unpleasant experience.

I love knowing I can go to this CVS any time being it is opened 24hrs. Always find what I need.

We asked an older gentleman where to find the Icyhot and he completely ignored us and went to help someone else. I'm guessing we had too much melanin for him. Needless to say I will never go there again.

I love that store I've been going there for years the pharmacy is awesome and the people are great. I go to the one in Howard Beach

I waited on the regular check out line not the express and when the second cashier came to open her register she called the guest waiting on the express line instead of me being the next guest. And the cashier had the nerve to say I was not next with and attitude and was rude and nasty. I have been shopping here for a long time. I have never been treated with such bad service

I got 3 texts in one day my Rx was ready.when I got there (same day). It wasn't they asked me to come back in 40 minutes. I could not. I returned next day. Rx not ready.took 3 visits

OPen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Good prices. They sell everything including prescriptions. Soda, food, candy, gum, magazines, baby stuff, et cetera.

Regularly go here because it's my local pharmacy. It's open 24hours. So I get my baby's formula from here. Until one day I'm running low and I go to buy my hypoallergenic formula, because my baby has a milk allergy. I present her with a coupon she calls the manager over and he refuses to redeem it because I don't have I.d. I'm just a mom trying to save $3 on formula. Geezzz. Changing my main pharmacy to rite aid on crossbay now.

One particular cashier in this cvs Was nasty n rude she is mid age n skinny. I didnt get her name.i notice her a few times going in there everytime i ask for help she never knows anything and had an attitude. Please do something about her if she dont like her job then she dont need to be there.
