Drug Store CVS reviews
14Horrible service! I was charged for a prescription without them having it ready, now I have to go to long island city to see if they have alchohol so they can mix the solution. Most unprofessional team I have come across. I work in a dental office and if I did that to one of my patients I would get in trouble. I dont understand how people are so bad at their jobs.
Unprofessional and rude staff! Not all of them but the majority. The people who goes there often know exactly who are the unprofessional ones starting from management.
Pharmacist gave my dad a psych medication instead of anti inflammatory. Check your medications.
One of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. There can be one person in front of you at checkout and still take a half an hour. Aways short staffed and terrible service. I would give no stars if possible.
The entire pharmacy staff is nice, professional and helpful. But the remaining staff is awful, rude and a few deserve to be laid off.
Great pharmacy, very friendly staff. Always nice and clean. Only complaint is every time I call the pharmacy department, I have to hold very long before speaking with a pharmacy personal. Other than that, great pharmacy.
I waited more than 25 min for passport photos and at end, one of the staff said they are not doing it today. I believe she was the manager,
Come here every so often. Just close to where i live but do prefer to go other ones usually. Howard beach or Liberty. The manager is nice. The staff is okay. They are pretty short staff which is pretty much all CVS now with self check out. Beauty product department is limited. But for your OTC meds and other items it’s fine.
This CVS Pharmacy has had multi day system outages that prevented me from getting prescriptions, stock outages that prevented them from filling my prescription without notification until i arrived, call hold times upward of 10 minutes just to speak to someone on their staff, and i was informed by the pharmacy i tried to transfer my prescriptions to that the CVS staff hung on on their call several times.
Typical CVS. Large drug store filled with lots of stuff. When there is a sale then the prices are great. When there is no sale on an item then it might not be worth buying it. But there is free off the street parking. There is a large selection. Easy one stop shopping.
Auto tellers lack human touch but besides that the place is well stocked for a neighborhood drug store.
Since I use to live around here I only went there because I have a CVS extra care card. There was always a line no matter what. The express check out machine always got jammed and you had to wait extra to get help. Also the pharmacy isn't the greatest, but what pharmacy is. I think this whole neighborhood is shot and the people who work in the stores around there don't really care about their jobs and the service sucks.
Had a digital gift card, yet they don't know how to scan it and the manager doesn't care to help much even though it shows there is money in my cvs card.
Very rude costumer service.the only reason why i go to this pharmacy is because my union only accept cvs as there provider
