Drug Store CVS reviews
10I look forward shopping at C. V. S because of the great sales. It also give me time to take my mind off of some of the stress of the world.
The Pharmacy staff are fantastic. They are happy to help get prescriptions delivered or help sort things out with providers. They have always been quick to help with any questions I have about my prescriptions and it is the fastest and easiest way to get the flu shot.
Horrible customer service Denise the manager is very incompetent would not recommend cvs to anyone. Do not go! You will have a horrible experience.
This pharmacy is terrible it’s not the staff it’s CVS. This is a high volume area and it’s always short staffed and a long wait. Just imagine how much pressure is on these pharmacist daily. It’s not fair to the workers or the customers. CVS needs to get their finger out of their own noses before they break it and realize the situation that’s at hand, daily in this location.
I called in my refill at 11 in the morning for it to be picked up at 5. When I got there my refill wasn't ready. Them to make it worst the lines were ridiculously long. They need to hire more help.
One week they said they'd take my insurance and the next they effectively stole my prescription, which I came back expecting to be able to get having run out of it. It'll be too soon it I never walk in here again.
The store itself is perfectly fine, the pharmacy is awful. Prescriptions are always 20 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time.
Get your act together!
Very good service and don't listen the guy saying it's the wrong address because it's still there in the same spot it's sways been for at least the past 10 years
This address needs to be corrected. CVS has abandoned the city.you have to go to suburbs now.jerks.
Since there are no real grocery or convenience stores in walking distance of my apartment, the CVS is my go-to for everything from brownie mix to packing tape. They've got just about anything you could need, albeit usually a bit overpriced. The employees are very friendly and helpful, offering the type of courtesy you'd really only expect from waitstaff at a restaurant.
