Drug Store CVS reviews
11Great service, employees super helpful, always find something, an oasis in this concrete desert
I'm super impressed with the range of services at CVS has.
The staff was super professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
I will absolutely come back!
Very disappointed in the service from the pharmacy at this location. My prescription was sent in last week and I have called everyday for the last 4 business days to confirm they ordered my prescription. Each day they tell me it’s been ordered and it’ll be ready for pickup the following day after 3: 00pm. I just called in this morning to confirm it’ll be ready for pickup this afternoon (it’s now Tuesday) and they are telling me it won’t be ready now until Thursday or Friday. After expressing my frustration at the fact that I have been told that everyday now for the past several days, I asked for the pharmacists name and she just hung up on me. If you live in NYC, do yourself a favor and use Capsule instead of CVS as your pharmacy.
I go to this CVS as they are hard working and patient with all customers. Sometimes you have to wait but that’s because they are busy. James is an awesome technician and they are fortunate to have him.
I’ve never been disappointed and saying that not all in pharmacy are nice but that’s life as well.
Horrible customer service. I want to give 0 start for the old lady, I believe store manger Ishrat. She doesn’t know how to talk to customer and help them. They make customer wait on the aisle more than 20 mins to unlock something. Instead of saying sorry for helping late. She was asking why am I keep pressing the helping button. Excuse me I can’t wait their forever to get help. 30 mins wait wasn’t enough?
Excellent vusyomer service
Staff and management welcome in and ask if you foumd all you vame for. Netter then RITE AID customer service pn 2nd Ave and 31 St.
The only thing the conveniences about RITE Aod is location clean and open 24/7
Professional and very, very, patient pharmacy tech named James. Very polite, helped me with saving card issues and was sincerely a customer advocate. I hope he becomes a Pharmacist one day. He's really good with customers and respectful. Thank you CVS for hiring him!
Usually a little crowded. I have usually made my purchases after midnight since I work late. Clean, well lit and the approachable staff, make CVS a great place for off the beaten hour shopping.
This c.v. S.is very good. The pharmacy is friendly and helpful. Store is always stocked and they help you if you need it.
Friendly staff and some good "deals" on organic milk and eggs, led expensive than the local Morton William. Just check the expiration dates. They also have sales on Starbucks coffee and cereal if you have a cvs "extra care" card. The checkout is all via machines which are sometimes down or don't take cash, but a staff member is around to help.
Clean. Courteous staff. Can stock up on personal and household items as well as good and beverage. Like the points toward discounts.
