The process of refilling prescriptions is not only time consuming but is overwhelming for staff and the customers. Staff is helpful but always overwhelmed. I wish they make their process better for a friendly and efficient customer experience.

I went to pick up a heart prescription which was overdue and they were already closed! The sign and the internet says 9 am to 9 pm. I was there at approximately 8: 20! Angry? Hell yes!
