CVS Pharmacy, Glenville NY

Told to come back in 30 minutes to get my prescription. They closed for lunch but didn’t mention that and sitting behind the screen/counter telling me they cannot help me. I’m from out of town and don’t have time for this after returning when they told me to. Educate your front of house because people have schedules and work around what you tell us to do, so don’t prolong it and yeah, you could’ve easily lifted the screen and assisted me as you were still working and not on lunch.

Cashier refused to answer if they had bathroom after telling her my two year old had to pee and was wondering if they had a public restroom she told us instead to ask pharmacy who was slammed with cars in there drive thru and had a line of customers in store even though she had only two customers and all we had asked was IF THEY HAD A BATHROOM
