3Not great. They are rude, and for some reason, they can't refill an important medication claiming, "You must be taking more than prescribed. " There are some serious issues here.
Great service, but a smile or two would be a huge improvement.
Recently (07/02/23) this place is in major decline. The last two occasions I have been there in the last three weeks their IT systems have been down, and the last time the pharmacist had locked the keys inside the pharmacy and they couldn't access the drugs! Seems like total confusion and exceedingly poor service these days. Also all the excellent staff are not there anymore (Don and crew). WHAT IS GOING ON?
I had several issues with the accuracy of my prescriptions due to incompetencies. I would be given several explanations which were all incorrect based on my insurance plan. I honestly don’t think the representative knew and was hoping I didn’t either.
