Excellent experience. The pharmacist and the staff are so helpful and courteous. The service is fast as well.

Baywattie was very helpful. I had questions about a medication I needed to take and she was able to get me a pharmacist who was able to ease my mind and educate me as well.
I love this CVS on Ditmars Blvd and 31st street. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Pharmacy review: Super friendly and answered all of my questions courteously. Fulfilled my husband's prescription while I shopped (within 10-13 mins). There's a bit of a line but I was okay with it since his prescription was completed in record time. THANK YOU GUYS!:)

This is the worst CVS. The reason I'm saying this is because the bathroom is always horrible, horrible state. I come to get medication tonight and have often used the bathroom to find no toilet paper, no soap printed in a disgusting state. It's a horrible look for a place that literally sells cleaning products and paper towels etc. I really wish they would invest in caring with their space but clearly the standards are super low

The pharmacist claimed he couldn’t find my insurance and then tried to charge me over $500 for my medication. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to figure it out and when his boss looked it up, he found it in less than a minute. They gave me no apology and took no accountability whatsoever for their incompetence or wasting my time.

This CVS has most makeup products I was looking for and they were not open or broken like in most stores. Parking is complicated in that area but I got lucky and found a spot after 8pm.

Employees are super helpful when I was there, but nearly everything is locked behind glass including toothpaste. The employees try to be super fast and they do their best but it's impossible to have good service there when everyone needs a case unlocked

Autumn made my experience at the pharmacy an enjoyable one. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

I never really ever have problems here with the employees but every time I come here to pick up any sort of prescription it is never ready. I’m not really sure why my prescriptions are always delaying. It seems to be a problem with other people as well because hearing on the line people saying oh it’s not ready and so on and so forth. The other annoying thing is that they don’t accept a lot of insurances. Obviously that isn’t the employees fault. It’s the company.

Drove 20 minutes and paid for parking to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy just to find out they closed early before their scheduled lunch break. Then when I pointed out that it wasn’t 1: 30 pm yet, the lady laughed at me. Rude and unprofessional!

Horrible service, the girl who works in the pharmacy doesn’t have any respect, she talks to you in a nasty way I don’t recommending this pharmacy

Everything is behind glass and key. Getting someone to open it takes a very long time. They close for 30 min at exactly the most convenient time (1: 30-2) which forms a long line at 2pm (so not open 24 hours as claimed.

Everything's locked. Only go if you have time to spend the day. Kinda cool I see a lot of pets there at least.

I only see pharmacy and if desperate need to grab something the staff all around outside pharmacy is ignorant basically everyone no one is around to help me when needed help no cashiers at registers only self check out which is terrible bathrooms filthy no toilet paper urine smell disgusting
