4This is the third time that I have a problem in getting a script filled told that it would be ready in an hour and after calling much past the hour on hold for 20 minutes am told that they don’t have the medicine…. Again this is the THIRD time…. That it would need to be ordered n wouldn’t have it till Monday… I asked if another CVS had it n they kindly forwarded the script but that CVS was closing in under an hour… if I wouldn’t have insisted would NOT have an urgent medication…. CVS are all closing and it’s sad our lives are carelessly treated.
They say they close at 10pm but I’m not sure how long before 10 they actually lock the door.
They are great, the team and the pharmacist Lauren is amazing! They always try to go above and beyond and do their best for everyone that comes in despite how busy it gets
The pharmacy service is terrible. You have about five or six people in the pharmacy and nobody’s attending the counter.
