CVS Pharmacy, New York NY

Horrible experience dealing with their pharmacy - constantly messing prescriptions up, delaying pick-ups, charging the incorrect amounts. Will only go to CVS if absolutely necessary.

I bought an umbrella for $25 which costs no more than $7 on the Internet. The umbrella full of holes and has corrosion to everything, which shows its terrible quality.

From the greeters to the pharmacist, this CVS at 86/3rd is the best and most helpful.

Just want to call out this one pharmacist named Doug who was rude, barely gave me help for my medical condition and seemed as if I was wasting his time while everyone else around him was working.

Again, his name was Doug, old Caucasian male with white hair and glasses.

Thanks for nothing.

One dude manning the registers, self checkout machines are garbage, I simply left instead of completing my purchase. If you aren’t going to invest in employees at least have decent technology.

This was a good experience. My original price was $78 but with GoodRx it went down to $42. I was also able to pay using my HSA card. So it was a very good experience.

This CVS is the best one I’ve ever been to. The employees are SO NICE and they have beauty products that you would find in ULTA or Sephora. I always find fun beauty stuff there. To the one employee that complimented my jacket and helped me with self checkout - you were so sweet and made my day.
