I booked an appointment on the CVS website for my covid 19 shot and received an email confirmation. The Pharmacy tech refused to acknowledge my appointment and also said that they haven't even received the shots. I left work early to get this- how disrespectful of my time! The pharmacist was nice but couldn't help me locate an alternate CVS location for the shot.

Aside from vaccines, I would recommend Levitt pharmacy across the street. They actually care. It's wild how a huge corporation that grossly overcharges for our meds can't get this right!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced and it’s finally time to switch out.

1) I showed up at 5: 15pm recently to pick up an Rx. The website indicated a 7pm close time but of course they were somehow, already closed.

2) I called yesterday 1: 20pm to ensure my 2 Rx would be ready for pick-up today. This morning, just 1 was ready. After asking the nice tech how to prevent this in the future (because how is an almost 24 hour warning not sufficient?) … he suggested calling in advance. Nevermind that this was what I did, ~and~ it’s like unlocking a magic puzzle to speak to a human after pressing at least 5 prompts.

They should dismantle this place and use the extra room for Target stock. It’s truly a useless, perpetual disappointment— especially when there’s a real CVS right nearby on 500 Grand.

Bad customer service. Rude pharmacist and won’t check out pharmacy goods at the pharmacy even when picking up prescriptions.

Got there at 7: 50pm. They close at 8pm. I was talking to the pharmaceutical tech, Jada, who was doing everything she can to get my meds for pneumonia in 10 minutes. It was 7: 57pm and the Asian guy with the sides of his head shaved, wears glasses and has a ponytail combed back said "it's time to close. I'm not waiting any longer than I have to. " and then he pressed the button to bring down the gates to close the pharmacy as he looked right at me. Jada had to tell him "hold on, it's not time yet. " Thank you so much to Jada (or maybe it was Jayla) for taking your job seriously and caring for my health. As for the Asian guy, he needs to be terminated. He clearly cares more about leaving than the health of others.
