I knew this store existed (I bought a motorcycle jacket here once) but had never bought a bike from them. But they had exactly the bike I wanted this month, I bought it new off their showroom floor, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Ace and the rest of the staff were friendly, transparent about pricing, and service-oriented. The shop is very busy but I still felt well taken care of. I’m confident I’ll be happy with the service experience, too. (They also sold me a helmet I liked at a fair price.)

These guys know bikes and are super friendly! They can always find what you’re looking for and take care of it for you! The best place to go for service, inspections and parts!

Had these guys fix my duc and they did a pretty great job on it. Chris is super solid on his customer service skills and the rest of the guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Even showed me how to check my oil! It should be noted these guys are one of the few shops that work on older Ducati's and they even have a hook up for refinishing your tank. Couldn't recommend these guys more.

My first time visiting this store and Chris was welcoming, informative and patient. His level of professionalism captivated my interest as I enter this new culture of “Bike Life”. I made a purchase of a helmet and gloves but only after being informed in detail the pros and cons of each item. I look forward to my next visit, to get some more Cycle Therapy.

I've been coming here for more than 5 years for various bikes. The guys are knowledgable and super helpful. One of the best bike shops around!

Very Experienced and helpful staff, not pushy too sell, just helpful in all aspects even for a newb like me asking lots of “dumb questions” they took there time to answer and didn’t rush me.

Parking is hard to find if not on a motorcycle. Staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Very few merchandise selection of gear for women. Prices generally on the high end. Overall, a good shop for guaranteed service.

Had my 2013 Suzuki C50 here, they took care of my babe like it was there own cycle, Put alarm system on it and they was very helpful tell me how it work, had great experience with them I Will go back again

I never Write reviews but these guys are amazing. Very reasonable prices (especially considering they are the only place in town so everyone has to go to them). Chris is amazing. I took My bike in and he saw my inspection was expired and just fixed it. I highly Recomend them.

They tell me 24 hrs to change the oil in my motorcycle, when I went for the pick up the job wasn’t done. And they don’t pass me the inspection because “tires and rear brakes are bad” when was in still in good conditions, I will never recommend that place. Trying to charge you with fake repairs and they can’t even do a regular and symple task as a oil change.

I think this is one of the last motorcycle repair shops in Manhattan. They do good work but check your invoice closely and look for any damage from them putting the bikes too close together in storage. The guys are great and I trust them with my bike.

Great shop! They stored my bike during offseason and then prepped it for riding in the spring. Before I picked the bike, Chris sent me an email summarizing what needs to get done when the bike is taken out of storage, and gave me a great price on the rear tire that was worn out and had to be replaced. Recommend it!

I went there for the first time ever and had a pleasant visit the staff was great store very detailed love the motorcycles they had one in particular a (Red Ducati) as you enter the 2nd floor Very Nice. 5 Stars.will return again.

As a gear shop, selection is a bit sparse, but personnel is super nice and helpful and if you have more time than I had, they can order stuff for you and it will be there in a couple days or sometimes even the next day.

They got great customer service got a great price on a helmet jacket and a pair gloves and the rep was very knowledgeable about the equipment that he had in the store and I asked about

Do not take your bike here, especially if you are a new rider. They will exaggerate problems and try to charge you for service you don't need (for example, they said my bike might not pass inspection because the rear suspension was too soft, could bottom out and lose control and that I would have to buy a $400 shock, and I politely asked them how hardtail motorcycles pass inspection.). Also they put my front tire on without a cotter pin, and then tried to explain to me that it didn't need one.
