This place is the definition of UNORGANIZED. In my household we have three account owners with our own insurance policies. Three accounts is far too much for this insurance company to handle. I can’t even count the amount of times they messed up our accounts. One month they put us all under my moms account. The next month my I’m getting called to pay my sisters account. They don’t care who they’re talking to as long as it’s the right last name. I can’t even begin to understand how they can operate with multiple accounts if they can’t even handle three of which I know of.

I finally had enough and switched my insurance company to Geico. When I told them I was switching insurance companies it all became an even bigger mess. Even after I cancelled and sent them my separation documentation they continued to charge me on more than one occasion! Each time I called they would apologize and have to look into it because they didn’t have the authority to refund me they have to go to regional level. I was told I would get a call back by the end of the day, they wouldn’t call back so the next day I would call them id get told by the end of that day. It was to the point where I had to call daily! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After a complete headache I finally would receive my refund and then the next month the same thing would happen all over!

I’ve been with Geico for about six months now and I have not had a single problem since. The reason I decided now to write the review is because my mom once again is having problems with Statefarm in Montgomery.

I know this was long, however; I hope it can help someone I’d they’re trying to decide if they should go with StateFarm Montgomery. If they’re your cheapest option or whatever reason you may have StateFarm just make sure you’re being charged the correct amount and check your statements monthly with them.
