Horrible hair hair salon Cynthia put twists in my hair hair, my natural hair started coming through day two. She does not know how to do twists the twist literally just unravel themselves day two never again going back Brooklyn now on do t waste your money 200 bucks down the drain salon is horrible! And she’s over priced! Yet brags she’s the best at her job.

I came here for dreadlocks and the ladies working here were very polite, and got working immediately! I felt at home, from their kindnesss and also make my dreadlocks look beautiful. I go to them always, and refer anybody I know to them. Such professionalism, I was very impressed.

Her staff and hairstyles are really blessed. I am in love with my hair and now I have a new place to receive the time and quality work I needed done Thank you so much ️. I am literally feeling so high off the good vibes

I came in for my appointment at 11AM, as that's what Cynthia and I had agreed on. When I came in, she was unaware of the time and asked if I wanted to sit and wait for an hour, or if I wanted to come back. I opted for neither. If you schedule someone, you should be aware of the time. She walked away nonchalantly as she apologized. Never coming back here.

I find Cynthia to be a great place to come in the area where I live to be a pleasant experience when I want my hair braided nicely. Great customer service, professional and always friendly staff.

Cynthia braided my hair into knotless braids. She was professional, courteous, and prompt. Her assistant Precious also helped along to braid my ends because the braids were 20 plus inches. Definitely recommend!

I came in with my own hair and was told she will use her own hair. I asked for a certain style and it looks nothing like what I asked for. My hair is already coming out (a few hrs later). I was told $40-$50 depending on the difficulty and was charged $60. After she was done braiding my hair she put me under the dryer and left. I had to interrupt the other stylist so I could pay and she seemed annoyed. Maybe what I asked for wasn’t their specialty but if that’s the case they should have said something. I will not be returning

After making an appointment and getting to my appointment on time, I wait there for 2 hours to be told my style (that i told them what I wanted when I made the appointment) is going to take to long can I come back. No I will never be back and neither will anyone I know!
