Micheal the owner really knows his stuff, actually cares about the customer, he explains everything and is very honest, which is something you don't see very often. I've had numerous adventures to Micheals shop for PS4 help, gaming computer help and phone help and he's guided me in the right direction everytime, if you have electronics not working properly he's definitely the man to see.

Now they can add auto technology. Was able to update and saved my bluelink connection on my Hyundai. When the dealer was no help!

Needed a new HDMI port for a Xbox one series x. Every place I looked asked for full payment up front with no refunds if they could not fix the issue. They can’t always be fixed. Mike only asked for a small payment up front for his time analyzing the issue and no further payment if it couldn’t be fixed. A few days later he had it fixed and I have a happy 9 year old with a working Xbox. Great guy, great service. Highly recommend.

I'm gonna start by saying Mike is the best in the business hands down. I had a broken charging port in my tablet Fixed it no problem. I highly recommend this company. Mike is a stand up guy and has fair pricing Very personable. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my electronics.

Michael was a great help, he immediately took my PS4, found the issue, fixed it, opened it up and gave it a quick and thorough cleaning and gave me a great price too. I was more than pleasantly surprised after waiting for weeks from another place to even get started on the repair. Anybody in customer service should take note; CZONE is the gold standard.

Michael at C-Zone is a true gentleman. The motherboard on my 2 year old Dell decided to die one day and Michael at C-Zone went way above and beyond the call of service! Unlike the folks at Geek Squad, Michael did not tell me to “just go and buy a new computer”, but instead, helped me to find the most cost effective way of repairing my perfectly good laptop. He also helped me with the logistics of shipping to a place that was able to fix it. I would recommend C-Zone and in particular, Michael! Mike is simply amazing! My son dropped his gaming laptop, and not only did Mike spend hours doing diagnostics on it, he then spent hours on customer service with the computer company. When it turned out that they needed to do the repair, Mike even packaged the laptop up for us! He kept us informed every step of the way and explained things in a way I could understand. Is very thorough and does good detail work. May take a little while but if he has an idea of what to do to fix your device he will do it. There's no promises without Solutions here and he will guarantee his work. The only caveat is to know that the owner is very straight to the point, it does not particularly like small talk so know what you need when you get there and be direct and you will be fine. Great service to use
