I went on a two-day trip from Buffalo to Lancaster, PA for the signt and sound theater. The second day we were supposed to arrive back in Buffalo at 9: 00 p.m.
We didn't get back to Buffalo until 11: 00 p.m.
I asked the escort why we were back so late and she said because the office decided to add a hour and a half meal break before heading home

I took the D & F Travel bus trip from Buffalo to New Jersey for the Bills/Jets game September 11,2023. Soon after we left Buffalo, the air conditioning broke. It was a pretty uncomfortable trip. The ride home was much worse. We started out in a hot bus. It was 82 degrees outside. Out driver, Tim, did what he could with the hand he was delt, but a bad bus is a bad bus. He tried opening the ceiling vent. That helped the people in the front. But, it didn't help us in the rear. When I asked if he could open the rear ceiling vent, he told me that it didn't work. I don't know if that's even legal. He took us to Walmart so we could each buy ourselves a personal fan.
He did his best, but I still felt like I was in a dangerous sweatbox.

Our driver Tim did an excellent job safely driving us to and from the Bills Jets game in New York. He was very accommodating and made it a great experience. I would highly recommend Tim to be your driver.

Unsafe drivers traveling NYS Thruway. Bus hangs out in passing lane and doesn't follow many traffic laws.

Great time in Toronto yesterday (5-15-23).

I have been going to Yankees games with D&F for years. Always a good time, reasonable prices and very enjoyable trips! Our trip guide was Karen -who is very knowledgeable when we play baseball trivia, and Ed is a great and experienced driver. Highly recommended!

On 4/2 at roughly 8: 45 pm, one of your bus drivers ran my family off the road, on I86 West in Painted Post NY near exit 43. I was made to get off the exit since the bus driver had been tailgating my family even though we were going 73 mph. The bus driver already had been flashing their high beams in my mirrors for roughly 10 minutes and tailgating. Thankfully nothing made me have to hit my breaks or the bus driver would have crushed my family from being so close to us. I called the customer service immediately after arriving home for the person speaking with me to not take my name or number or ask any other details. I will be calling back on a week day demanding to speak with a supervisor concerning this. I had 3 children in my car and had there not been a metal guardrail there to prevent the bus driver from further running us off the road we would have been flipped into a housing area.

Just came back from the NYC shopping trip and had a blast! Made everything safe and convenient with travel in and out of city and sleeping accommodations during our overnight stay. Would highly recommend.

Driver, Calvin, was extremely friendly and informative. He offered his hand for support to each passenger coming off the bus, made sure we all knew our pick up destination each day which curbed a lot of my anxiety and gave a big group thank you at the end of our trip which I thought was sweet. Drive to and from Buffalo including in and out of NYC was smooth and comfortable as well. Helped make my first time to the city a pleasant experience.

We just returned from our trip to NYC and can't say enough about our experience with D & F Travel especially our driver Kelvin. He was a safe driver, informative of what to expect along the way and in NYC. D & F Travel is very lucky to have Kelvin on their travel team. He made you feel welcome and was very friendly. A true gem.

We had a grand time going to the Thanksgiving Day Bills game. Ed was a very experienced driver (poor man had to do a lot of zig zagging due to the events in Detroit) and Karen was an excellent escort. It was our first journey with D & F and look forward to many, many more.

We used D&F for a school trip to NYC for a Cross Country meet. They were able to accommodate us on relatively short notice and went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful trip. The bus driver, Linda, did a great job of getting us everywhere we requested in an easy and time efficient manner. The bus was in good condition and there were no issues throughout the entirety of the trip. We appreciate everything they did to help make a memorable trip for all our student-athletes.
