D Z Strad Violin Shop, White Plains NY

I'm a cellist and a luthier, and I recently purchased the cello bow model 200. It's extremely good for that price point. It pulls a very warm sound while also allowing a nice bouncy spiccato, something that many bows over a thousand dollars don't have. They were also very quick to respond and ship the bow out. Five stars all the way!

Jim sold me a beautiful DZ Strad 509. Took care of all my questions. Set me up with two beautiful carbon fiber bows, rosin, case, and a work of art.

James and Jim at the D Z Strad Violin Shop are the most patient guys I know. I'm contacting them about a specific violin from across the country. They very patiently answered every question I had and even made a video so I could hear the violin! Now about the violin. PERFECT! There are really no other words needed! Such high quality instruments in a shop with honest, professional men. No sales pressure here, just a good old fashioned great job done by both James and Jim. I was nervous about buying an instrument sight unseen, more or less. Please understand that they walked me through every worry I had!
