Daddy's Donuts / Daddy’s Bakery, Middletown NY

Donuts are too much, and I mean that both good and not so. So rich, I can really only eat the plain or the sugar puts me in a coma. Great selection, all so sweet. SO sweet.

The staff is friendly. They are always busy and that's because they have the best doughnuts and pastries around. Everyone has been waiting for years to open back up to the public. Stopped in Sunday got my long overdue cannoli doughnut and it was amazing as always. Always affordable. I'll be back!

Waited about 10 minutes on line told the girl what donuts I want and told me we only have what we have left and that one just 2 varieties when there donut menu was around 20+ donuts asked her if I wait could I get what I want no sorry no explanation nothing.

I went during their opening week and it was really busy like the line was almost out the door. They had no donuts left so I had to wait a while but that wait was worth it. The donuts are amazing and so soft. I am glad they’re back and will continue going there for my donuts.

Best donuts around by far! I challenge you to walk out with just one! I was supposed to get 6 and left with 14! I did not know I went that crazy until they handed me two boxes. Delicious!

If you haven't had Daddy's Donuts, what have you been doing with your life? Don't deprive yourself of the best donuts in the Hudson Valley. This place is absolute perfection.

Wonderful baked goods and service! I went there a few days ago to get some things for everyone who was coming to my house. The guy behind the counter who was doing my order was very patient because I did not really know which items I wanted to grab. He kindly waited for me to choose, then was wonderful with ringing me up for my purchase. The total for these goods were definitely reasonable for quality! Lastly, everyone who had them at my house were in love with them. I’m definitely going to have to go back today! Overall, wonderful service by those who work there and spectacular baked goods!

The best donuts AND pastries! So fresh and tasty! We especially love the ones with Oreo toppings, as well as the maple bacon ones, and the M&M ones. Fingers crossed the ones with banana, chocolate, and nuts come back!

We love their donuts! Always fresh and baked fresh with the best toppings and fillings out there. We were so sad when they closed but so very excited to have them back. Highly recommend if you love donuts!

I’ll admit their donuts are amazing but I went on to their website to order donuts because since they’re closed they still sell the donuts etc.it gave me an option to curbside pick up which I wanted to do and on their website it says same day delivery if ordered before 11am and separate they have curbside hours. I place my order and all I get is a message saying they’ll email me when it’s shipped out. Um what?
Meanwhile, I’m sitting outside the store but lights are off. Their website is not specific and is not explanatory at all! So I tried emailing a couple times…. No response…. I called the number no answer and there’s no alternate number when u order (which there should be). So now I have no idea what to do and if I don’t hear anything I’m going to have to report it to my bank and get my money back.

I don’t understand how hard it is to answer a phone, email, or message inquiry but you guys have not been able to get back regarding placement of an order. That being said, I can’t say anything about the donuts but you can’t purchase donuts if the customer service is lacking.
