Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Niagara Falls NY

I come here after my son gets off school and they always have a great special for us, been to other Dairy Queen’s and this one is the best. They cook great food and ice cream is always delicious.

There is no better way than to treat yourself to some buster bars at DQ. I haven't been to this location in over 20+ years, and to see the new update business is amazing. Now it's so much more comfortable to sit and eat if you choose to.

We go for the ice cream. They make good milkshakes and malts. Their food is tasty and reasonable.

The food was good. Didn't care for the confusion behind the register or the fly buzzing around my head as I ate but I still liked my visit.

I've been going here for a long time with my children my stepchildren now my grandchildren Mike's dairy Queen is the best dairy Queen around thank you Mike for all the wonderful years

Out of my 2 experiences eating there I ordered a banana split blizzard and there was one layer of banana split coating the top and after a few bites I’ve realised it’s all vanilla. TERRIBLE DO NOT EAT HERE. RIP OFF

I used to hate coming to this place when it was "backwards" - felt so odd reaching over passenger seat to pay and that funky little basket they'd shove in the window sometimes to get your food to you? No thanks. After the remodel though this is my new go-to Dairy Queen. It's AMAZING inside and it's the delicious Dairy Queen you know and love. Really great looking building, great food. All in all a great place for some ice cream and chicken fingers!

I enjoyed it my last baby tooth fell out there not because the food it was very loose took a bite of that nice toast and it fell out the next day I had a delightful lunch

This is my personal favorite restaurant people here are so friendly the service is fast and the food is great!

If I could give this no stars I would I cant believe the owner MIKE PALMERI the owner of this establishment made threats to me in front of my daughter all over a discount. I just am completely taken back by the lack of humanity and customer service.shame on him.not a man at all I cant believe that.in front of customers too.shame on you MIKE you are truly what is wrong with this world.you need a lesson in customer service and respect.learn how to treat people MIKE
