Kids loved sitting on the patio. Chicken strips and cheese curds were on point.

The bananas in my banana split tasted weird, but I attribute that to a supply issue and not the staff.

For two chicken tender baskets took almost 20 minutes to get. I feel bad for the young girl running around trying to motivate others to do things. The cook had no drive nor interest to do anything, clearly doesn't know how to wear a mask as well.

Fries were okay but the blizzard was definitely bad like bad as in it tasted spoiled. Felt sick thru it away. Staff was rude and rushing, /pushy and disrespectful

Lady at the window was really rude had a bite taken outta my chicken food was horrible it was all around horrible maybe it’s because I’m from the south and know how it’s actually supposed to be but I’m very disappointed

Staff was rude and didn’t speak the entire time. Didn’t get receipt or napkins, just gave me my food silently and slammed the door and continued to talk to other employees. My blizzard was also just vanilla ice cream with literally nothing else in it- complete rip off. Awful experience.

Prior to Covid this was a favorite of our family. But after today we will have to think on if we want to try this place again. First of all when we visited there was only kids working that were not very motivated to work. By the time we were able to order, mind that there was NO ONE IN FRONT OF US, it was 15 minutes later. We took our seats noting that the floor was slippery like it has oil on it. 15 minutes later our food was done wrong, but we still ate it trying to over look the experience. The lack of customer service is horrible.

This place is lovely! The blizzards amaze me scientifically and when you get them with fries, the flavors mesh in your mouth and creates a utopia of flavors with your taste buds! 10/10 would love to be here again!

Please don’t go here, they stole my card information and charged me months later. I was able to dispute it and get my money back. I got a new card and today they made another fraudulent charge on my account. Turns out my bank told me that they didn’t just steal my card information they have my account information too! The same thing happened to my mother at this location years ago with a fraudulent charge. About to file a police report, if you go here NEVER use a card! This is clearly something that they have been doing for years and to a lot of people.

Sometimes the staff can be rude, but my husband and I love the food! 13 dollars for two double cheeseburgers, two fries, two soft drinks and one sundae / one blizzard (1$ upgrade). You can’t beat that! - I tried their new tollhouse Blizzard, it was delicious! The drumstick blizzard is also good and you can’t go wrong with the peanut butter cup blizzard.

I love the cheese curds but lately they are either overcooked or have been sitting before being served. Please cook cheese curds to order so they are gooey and not chewy on the inside. Also for the prices you charge it would be great if yall add more whipped cream topping to my shake!

The food was great. My kids loved it. The cashier was so nice and patient with the kids and did a really great job. Wish I remembered her name.

The staff at this location is outstanding. I brought my girlfriend kids there (they were from out of town) the staff were so attentive. The girls talk about it every time they come to visit

Today at 6 pm, we walked in waited in line… then we’re told that they had no ice cream of any type or kind, which seriously is 90% of the menu.no sign on the door or anything.really what is Dairy Queen without ice cream? It is inevitable that something goes wrong here every visit.yet we still go because even when they make it with the wrong ice cream or wrong ingredients we eat it without complaints…

Food was lukewarm, service wasn't bad, but for a place that wasn't crowded took almost ten minutes to get two been in the warmer to long burgers.

June 2 2021 at 3: 30 PM African-American lady at the window has glasses was very disrespectful she should be talked to from a manager ASAP. This lady don’t know how to talk and treat customers in drive-through. I was the only car there there was no one in front of me. She wasn’t extremely busy.she just wanted to be rude and act as if she didn’t hear me ask for a straw. When her coworker behind her heard everything that I said and had to tell her who is actually at the window what I ask for, next time I probably won’t be so nice and give you guys a call or make an complaint. I could just handle her myself.
I called plenty of times to ask to speak to a supervisor or manager however same lady answered the phone and told me she was a manager and was still disrespectful.
Can you say corporate, top headquarters, department of health. I didn’t come to this restaurant for nasty rude bad attitude. Shaking my head.this is completely disgusting and should be handled immediately. She act as if she was deaf she couldn’t hear anything she shouldn’t be by drive-through taking orders to rude for the company.the company should not allow this type of bullying and behavior.

Unfortunately DQ was out of chocolate icecream- bummer! Vanillia chocolate dipped isn't the same. Apologetic staff seemed sincere.

Order was completely wrong after waiting 30 minutes or more. That was one expensive cheeseburger and fries. Not what I ordered.

Terribly inept staff delivering service and food consistent with poorly trained and supervised staff! I say spend your money elsewhere! This place does not deserve your patronage.

Look, their foods okay but they always get our order mixed up every time. A simple order as a chicken basket and instead of fries onion rings, it’s always mixed up. Along with how their chickens burnt and tasted like charcoal. Also we have terrible employees that we either have to repeat a simple order 5 different times or they give us attitude. 2/5 recommend

Food was lukewarm. Chicken tender type meal was soggy. Should be fried crispy. Then tossed in the sauce. Drink orders wasn't right. Chalked it up to slow business. It not being busy and they just had food prepared just sitting there. Wont return for food. But will for milkshake and dessert foods.
