Dairy Queen Grill & Chill reviews
14They even gave my Great Dane Duke some ice cream and he was in heaven. Great people working there
Love love love, the soft pretzel with the ht cheese, and the sauced and tossed BBQ chicken straps meal soooooo delicious
Paid $23 for lunch. After 15 mins the cashier cam over and said she only charged for sodas.waited another 15 mins to get money back and order punched in right and price was still $23.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was the first and worst experience at a DQ the food was gross and burned and the blizzard my husband got literally taste like it went through a smoker. The service was awful the staff was the most rude I've ever seen in my life and it was very dirty from front of house to the bathroom was just filth. I am not from the area I had a funeral to attend and that was by far the worst experience at a restaurant ever.
They got our order all correct for five people in a car. The cheese curds were fresh, as were the fries.
Great place for ice cream. We had a dairy queen back in the day but it's worth the drive for the ice cream.
Drive thru. Used a gift card. Still owed 1 dollar and some change. While I was getting it out of the tray, the big women just left the window, left me sitting there for 2 minutes. I'm angry at myself for not just driving away.
Ordered ice cream. Sat, finally went back up to get it after waiting for awhile. Order sitting in window. Cashier takes her time then said she had to deliver it. No someone better teach her to give the customer their order that they paid for when they are standing right there. Rude
I have to post a great review, we stopped here today for lunch and we made sure they knew how happy we were with our visit. We had been traveling for the past 2 weeks from VT to the mountains of NC to the coast. Let me just say that we had some pretty bad food and some awesome food and our last visit to DQ was not good and I hesitated stopping here today but it was fantastic everything was. Food. Fry's didn't have a old greese taste our burgers were great. I was so happy to see that they had the old meal deal with the ice cream. If you are in the area stop by you won't be disappointed.
We only got ice cream. A little slow. Staff was not great. Ice cream is placed on a self behind the counter and not served for a couple of minutes.
The rotisserie chicken bites are actually good! The peanut butter they use for their sundaes, though, is absolutely disgusting. This is coming from someone who is obsessed with peanut butter. I have even tried peanut butter on cheeseburgers! (It's awesome! Don't knock it until you try it!) The hot fudge is also really weird and off tasting.
What a joke! After waiting and watching an order on the counter for 9 minutes, it was sent back into the kitchen to be packed for take-out and then handed to me. It was cold! The manager remade the order without complaint, this time making absolutely sure it was hot by throwing the whole order into the microwave. The beauty of the burger with fresh lettuce and tomato is they are cold and crunchy on a hot burger in a hot bun. Will never return here!
Blizzard was weak on toppings. Couldn't taste the Butterfinger. Otherwise a nice location
Cold 2 chicken strips on a stale, non toasted bun for about 10 bucks. Probably won't go back!
