This place is terrible. I ordered a drink and they made it super sweet basically couldn’t drink it. The server said after we had order, that drinks aren’t exchangeable (they know they making bad drinks, and now they are making people pay for something they don’t like) Management is horrible. How can this be a policy? No restaurant I’ve ever gone has this. Last time I come here.

Not bad, not good. They don’t really care to check vaccine cards or the authenticity of it. I displayed mine with my ID and the host quickly glanced at it, my friend forgot hers in the car and offered to return and get it and the host said “don’t worry about it” and sat us down. For me, it was concerning. For others, it might be a relief. Do what you wish with this information.

Very elegant and accessible place. They offer big meals and for inexpensive prices. We liked the food very much and the staff were very friendly and informative. Will definitely recommend this place.

Recently I visit this locattion near me also it was my favorite before my last visit today
The waiter was kind of ok
But kitchen was super slow the food was kind of cold specially the turkey chili we didnt complain at all but we take it like that when we ask for more food and drinks they denied whith the excuse of covid we were there only 70 min because ot order was taken in 2 parts first some appetizer the the mains
We look how some other tables gets more drinks than us when I ask for the manager he just go straight to the kitchen and wait until we leave Im really disappointed

Still a pretty reliable spot for a filling meal while paying a lot less than other places. Still wish the wings were actually seasons and not just dipped in the sauces cause the meat taste like hope and prayers but it’s still try the job done and then dine. Lots of room inside and out for sidewalk dining.

The place is good if you go with a big crowd, but too noisy for my taste, also they don't know how to cook steak at all they over cooked 2 times my steak, so if you up to get drinks & appetizers is ok

Love the ribs here at dallas. Although they are a bit small and don’t have much meat, they’re still delicious. You can always upgrade them to beef ribs or get a whole stack, pair it with some yellow rice and corn bread, and you won’t be disappointed! I ordered the tostones as well and they do give a lot for $4.99 however, it was a bit dry and overcooked. Service is faster during the day but definitely expect a wait during those busy fri and sat. All in all, good restaurant for nice food and drinks.

I love this place! The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Drinks are delicious and unique and creative. Very clean restaurant love the fact that the staff wear masks. Great place to hang out with a couple of friends and have a good meal and drink.

Stop giving drinks to underage children! You people don’t ID them kids some be as young as 15 years old

Food was delicious and waiter was friendly! Definitely going again with family and friends!

The burger was the worst burger I've ever had the fries cold the bun old soda was flat the waiter kept getting lost worst $72.00 I've ever spent.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The waiter seated people who came after us even though we had less people. When we were finally taken to a table, the chair and forks were so dirty with food on it. We started ordered drinks and I didn’t have my ID with me since i had lost my purse, however I had a picture of the back and front of it. They refused to accept the picture but yet they accepted a picture of my vaccine card (which doesn’t even have a picture of myself). In addition to that, the waiter had a horrible attitude. When we first got seated, the waiter came to us and said they have a party of 14 so will be taking and that we can’t sit there if want a fast service. Never have I ever been through such an experience. Won’t be going back there again.

Ribs were fine but the 6oz steak was very tough.
Service was good. Not bad but if you want a good steak and excellent baby back ribs, go to Manhattan at an upscale restaurant.

First time back at this location in at least two years. Service so much better than during their first year (the service during the first year over separate visits were measurably subpart compared to the otherwise reputable good service at the other chain locations). Food and delightful alcoholic beverages consistent.

Had a bad experience with one of the waiter's, someone should take charge and trained this guy and also teach them basic manners, how to talk to people. We moved to a different ta and table and the lady was very helpful and professional
