Food was cold by the time we got it. I ordered the brisket and pulled pork sandwich but to be honest it was nothing special, rather it was just slathered in barbque sauce. The fries tasted stale and wouldn't order again: (

Horrible place with an disrespectful manager, no pet’s friendly even if you have a Service Dog Identification. Worse place ever, waste of time and the food sucks.

The service was terrible! The food was terrible! The waitress kept running away from us when we tried to ask questions. She was very short and impatient. And when we received our food everything was cold! The french fries were so hard you couldn’t even break them between two fingers, our ribs were cold, steak was cold and the brisket was fried died and laid to the side and the sticky chicken hot wings look fake! The Waitress never even asked if we wanted to have more drinks! She would come by because of the things we didn’t receive like two sides of macaroni and cheese! And when our chicken came through it was like a quick drop and run away. I’d recommend you going to Burger King or McDonald’s and having cold fries would be better than this place do not come here

I really appreciated how quick and safe this restaurant felt in comparison to others in the area. It also was more affordable! The food was mediocre, but I appreciated the service.

I HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY FOR MY FRIEND BIRTHDAY. We came in & got a table (table 192) really fast. When we sat down our server ANTHONY HAD A BAD ATTITUDE RUSHED US DURING OUR ORDER. Brought our food before our drinks. Didn’t come to our table once to see if we needed more napkins. We needed refills & didn’t get any till we complained to the manager. Managers had bad personality’s & didn’t seem to care one bit. BAD MANAGEMENT & BAD SERVICE! WONT EVER COME HERE AGAIN. MY RICE WAS BAD IT HAD BURNT RICE IN IT.

It is definitely a place you can go to with the whole family and not break the bank! That being said its quantity over quality at this place and if you're in the city looking for a quick inexpensive eat, this is the place.

I love Dallas BBQ! I make sure that I hit this spot for the huge frozen drinks whenever I visit New York City. I first discovered this place when it was a small corner joint in the Village in the late 80s. Tonight we had great service by the super friendly Christy. She made our evening more fun than we anticipated.
The ribs were tender and delicious. We also had the sticky chicken tenders were tasty but had a bit too much sauce.

Can't believe at 35 the food is STILL amazing, super FRESH, GreaT quality, all the sauces are EQUALLY amazing as they were 30years ago (no clue how they do it!), the wings are soooooo meaty, interior CLEAN, seats nice and spacious with outstanding ventilation, social distancing practiced GreaTLy everywhere, awesome as ever that you are not pushed out and rushed at all after closing, super cute large Christmas display with like a 30ft Santa to make it all even more magical and so many holiday pic moments with such inviting decor. Other than the mom & pop spots nothing is exactly the same in every good way possible, thanks a BuncH Dallas BBQ's for magically staying FLAWLESS after 30years of excellent service

Was a wonderful experience after Texas. Reminded me of my old city. The wings were amazing and the drinks are no more to ask. We had different cocktails and bulldog drinks and no complaints.

Horrific. Factory time food and setting. The food was horrible and served cold. Ribs. Served cold. It was disgusting.
