5Dan Ratkewitch was very helpful and professional helping me sign up for my insurance. This was my first time getting car insurance and it couldn’t of been more easier thanks to him! He’s a Great guy would defiantly recommend!
Had a problem with my homeowner's insurance through Allstate, I had to fix two of my polices, I was willing to give them my business, but they just gave me the turn around and never got back to me, I had to call them numerous of times, and they just kept telling me we will call you back. I got tired of calling them back so I Gave my business to Allstate with Bradley he immediatly took care of my issue and corrected my second policy within the first phone call.
I would highly recommend Dan Ratkewitch and his staff for all of your insurance needs. They are very friendly, courteous, accessible and competent.
My personal experience with this agency is totally not good. Always trying to confused me to make me pay more money. Even now when I try yo cancel my policy after 6 months.
