Moni from Dansar Group was incredibly helpful in the application process. He quickly responded to my inquiry email and set up a time to tour the unit the following day. He explained the application process clearly so that I knew what information was needed from me. Once I applied, he responded timely and clearly to all of my questions and reached out to share any updates.

Had a great experience with them - they moved really quickly, were highly responsive and got us a great spot. When someone moved faster than us for the unit we wanted, they found us an identical spot that was yet to be listed which turned out great!

This brokerage is awful. The lack of professionals and lack following fair housing laws is unacceptable. They partake in discriminatory practices and deny individuals housing because of their race, color and, creed. Read through the comments, you will find individuals who put down deposits and then denied because of their discriminatory practices.

DO NOT WORK with Dansar, their practices are unethical. They are racist and bias as to who they rent to. Their portfolio does not consist of renting to people of color. Moni Swed is very unprofessional in the way he conducts business. Be aware and report them if you are faced with their discriminatory practices.

Moni was able to get me my first apartment in nyc and was very helpful and kind! He responded quickly and answered all questions we had! Really happy with our experience!
