Opened the doors extremely later than expected, houses were short, to rushed and sent groups in to close to each other

Are you kidding me, this so called haunted house was a huge waste of money and I bought VIP tickets.it was mostly just walking through the halls. Scares were few and actors were mostly nonexistent. Maybe 2 actors did a good job. But my biggest problem with it was, it went streamlined. You were hurried through so finding some good parts in the house was impossible. Get them in, and get them out. Just maximizing profit. No monsters to walk around and scare or photo oops. No mingling or merchandise to buy. They designated one spot to take a photo. In a booth where you stick your head in and get to take the picture. Wasn't even a place to pee. I could go on and on. The bottom line is don't waste your money. I will not ever be back and I will do my best to spread the word. Step your game up or don't bother coming anymore.

$25.a lot for hollow event.very well organized.security.needs more attention outside. (. Not scary).

Drove from wheatfield was well worth the trip.very nice set up.nice staff. The owner was great took 5$ off my ticket.the first and last house are the best.actors were great.would like to see the others houses a little bigger and longer.but what was in them was great.first time I got caught off guard and was scared.this place just a notch below freightworld.in buffalo.very cool place u gotta go

Worth the money and the line looks long but moves really fast. I would recommend the express line tickets forsure 100% It's literally only $9 more! Just do it, like Nike I haven't ever been scared at any haunted house, and I've been to Toronto and ATL but this really scared me!

It was worth the money, definitely grab the skip line pass. The setup was amazing, had me and my bf running and laughing.

The blood manor and contagion was scary but the other three weren't scary, they were actually kinda funny. We had a good time though

Best I've ever been to. You go through five different houses that were each so well done and so much fun. Also. VERY fair price for what they do. I would say it was definitely worth waiting in the rain for.

It was fun, loved walking through and seeing all the scary stuff, but there was a rowdy, nasty group of people behind us for 2 hours who were taunting and cursing at us the whole time.we ignored them and the workers even witnessed them harassing us and did nothing.will not be coming back.thanks for the good scare tho! Should hire some more security if you’re gonna let delinquents like that walk in.

Some were not what I consider haunted houses. I walked through and didn't get scared at all.

Worse then fright nights at the fair, save you money unless maybe your teens on a date or something. They push you through fast and your quickly caught up to the group in front of you then group behind is there like a minute later.

I guess I’m spoiled, in cny they are so much better there were kids stopped in the empty attractions taking photos

During the 1st or 2nd attraction a woman came out from around a corner and let out a very high pitched scream which is awesome and definitely caused a jump, however the reason for the 3 star is she did the “follow close behind quietly” routine, got 2 inches from my ear (I could see her out of the corner of my eye) and screamed again as high pitched as possible and caused me to lose hearing for several hours. The rest of the haunted houses were awesome and I had a good time, but that one incident stopped me from having a great time. Little disappointed that we are told to not touch the actors or cause any harm but this woman definitely crossed that line herself and didn’t follow the standard.
