Purchased my first hand gun from DSI, have taken a beginners pistol class and have been back since to shoot at the indoor range. EVERYONE who works here is beyond professional. They will answer any question you have and make you feel comfortable, especially if you are a new shooter. I travel an our to go here and it's worth it, truly.

Just completed the CCW course at Dark Storm. What an awesome experience and very enlightening course. Every thing you thought about carry will be turned upside down. It is a must take course! They don't just put slides up, they actually read every word and answer questions. This is why it is 16 hours. They follow the USCCA course material and hand out a beautiful color book with a copy of every slide presented. Don't be fooled by the guys offering cheaper classes. Glen is the best instructor and very patient with every student.

Dark storm is the number one gun shop in Suffolk county easily I want here for my 18 hour CCW course and was not disappointed after learning a lot and having fun I was issued my full carry 2 months post class. Glenn and Anthony were awesome and the level of professionalism was amazing! I would give 10 stars if I had the option!

Took the ccw course and learned a ton of stuff and the guys that gave it like Glenn and rob are great guys and know what they are talking about I would take another course from them hands down

I completed the CCW course. Probably the best around. No matter what your experience is you will be better for it. Great staff. Best 16 hours I spent in a long time. Glen knows his stuff and makes it fun. Store staff is helpful and courteous.

Just finished the NY CCW 16+2 HR classroom/range classes at DSI and cant explain what a positive experience it was. Glenn, Anthony and Rob were top notch and highly recommend this to anyone who is interested. Way more then just a piece of paper, A+ on the knowledge transfer from some very experienced guys. Appreciated.

I just completed my NY Concealed Carry 16/2 Class at Dark Storm Industries. The instructors, Glenn, Anthony and Rob are superb. They teach you everything from how to hold a firearm, aiming & shooting, skills needed to protect yourself/ home, laws regarding use of force, etc. They know when to be funny and when to be serious. A great pleasure taking this class with them, the 16 hours over 2 days flies by and the 2 hours in the range is key in honing your shooting skills. Many thanks to them, and Peter Morrissey, the owner, for operating a gun range where you are welcomed as family.

I just finished my concealed carry course, these guys are awesome. Glen, Rob, Anthony, & Chris. All top notch professionals! They were fun during the course and serious when they needed to be. I definitely left there a better shooter and a lot more knowledgeable than when I went in.

I've been a Dark Storm customer for a view years now. I recently completed the CCW class. Glenn, Anthony & Rob were very thorough covering all the do's and don'ts when carrying a firearm. I also had taken the Utah class with Glenn and was surprised how much more education I got with taking the CCW class. I can't say enough on how great these guys are and all the employees at Dark Storm are in helping you with all your firearm needs.

Took my CCW class at DSI this past weekend and it was well worth the money and time spent. Glen and all of the other instructors did a phenomenal job at teaching the course. I highly recommend taking your CCW or any class at DSI. These guys are very experienced and are more than willing to assist in any way possible.

The class was very informative and the instructor made it interesting. I learned a lot more than I initially thought. I would highly recommend.

I attended the NYS concealed carry class at DSI. Glen, Rob and Anthony are fantastic instructors and extremely knowledgeable. They were serious when they needed to be and fun otherwise. Walked out of that class with so much knowledge that i never had before. Price is well worth it. I look foward to more classes there for training, etc. This is my new home spot.
