There online store is great! I have been ordering a lot of my new vinyl purchases from here recently and the order is always correct and they ship out fast! I had one problem with one of the vinyl's only once (but it was not there fault but a manufacturing plant error) and they were still so helpful to help fix the problem, and make it right! This place has now become my favorite online record store!

Best music store I've seen in over 20 years easy.tons of new and used lp's, cd's and anything music related. Can spend hours in this well spread out establishment. A pleasant surprise

Fabulous selection of records at Darkside. We travel from upstate NY to come here because their selection is so good. All the staff are lovely and helpful at Darkside. Definitely check them out if you’re in the area!

This record shop was fantastic. They shipped my Folklore LPSS RSD vinyl purchase extremely quickly and packaged my order with care. After visiting RSD today (and many years before) I just want to take a second to compliment the staff and owners of this record store for their kindness, professionalism, and love of music.

I have been to over 40 record stores in my life across 5 states on the east coast, and Darkside Records is easily the best of the best.

I am a lover of all music and all genres, but today I was at RSD as a Swiftie. I have found in the past when visiting other record stores there has been a lot of misogyny and a lot of gate-keeping that makes some people feel unwelcome for enjoying something mainstream or not knowing all of the intricacies of record players. Never once has the staff at Darkside made me feel less than for loving Taylor Swift. Never once has the staff at Darkside made me feel stupid for not knowing something about my record player (which I proudly bought from them). Every time I have visited their store as a Swiftie I have felt nothing but supported, and every time I've come to the store with questions about my player or how to improve my setup I was helped with enthusiasm. These reasons and so SO many others are why Darkside will have my business as long as their doors remain open.

Back again on a slushy Saturday morning in March. Store is vibrant and well staffed. Staff is enthusiastic about the media they are selling. Truly something for everyone. Cant wait to return!

It is like stepping back in time. Old time record store feel. LP's, 8 Tracks, cassettes, cds, laserdisc, vhs and dvds. They also have vintage stereo equipment, a 420 section and even some posters and retro gaming stuff. Friendly knowledgeable staff. The big gentleman with the beard answered some technical vhs questions and was a huge help to me. He is an asset to your store. Check out Darkside records.
