Absolutely delicious and many compliments about them from the guests at my son's reception this past Saturday. Beautiful display as well. Highly recommend this fun alternative to the traditional wedding cake.

Whenever we travel, We always make a sweet roguetrip a part of our itinerary.we are always on the look out for unique shops making creative doughnuts.
In Saratoga Springs we came across Darling Doughnuts. This is a darling little doughnut shop.
Their doughnuts are square shape, and presented beautifully in the showcase.
They have a number of unique and very creative flavours that will make it hard to choose. We ended up choosing too many as a result.
We tried PopTart, churro, dunkaroos, sunny D, and a few others.
They were well baked doughnuts, with great flavour.
The ladies working in the shop were super friendly and inviting.
This is a very bright colourful and exciting doughnut shop.

We go frequently to get our favorite flavors. Boston Cream is as good as it gets, and the Churros are always awesome. The flavors change regularly so some weeks the selection is right up my alley and other weeks not.
They do cost a lot, but most of the time it's well worth it. They also sell out later in the day and sometimes don't have much. But that's nothing different than Dunkin or other donut shops, so I can't complain too much.
Definitely recommend coming to try it out!

So many bees. Bees on the donuts on the counters. Bees in the bakery case. I felt like I was going insane because no one else seemed to take notice of all the bees. Legitimately 10-15 bees flying around the store when we walked in. Are the bees paid actors?

Unique and delicious! I got 9 types of square donuts, super fun try them all. Prices are very Inexpensive compared to any quality bakery. So many cheapskates posting, smh. You can Not visit Saratoga without stopping here!

Maybe we came during an "off day or time", but there were literally two different donuts to choose from- regular or boston cream. Although somewhat large in size- the flavor was more like eating a lightly glazed piece of bread, not to mention it was more than $4 per donut. I would have to say- NOT worth it. The store inside was pretty cute- VERY sparse in decor and merch.

Hi Owner: Your attitudinal response is not very proper- and your excuses don't suffice- make sure you have supplies that last for the duration of your business hours. I was leaving an honest review and really didn't say anything negative- EVEN mentioned it's possible we came at an "off" time of the day.so Relax, take in some thoughts, and maybe think of altering some business goals or details. That's all. I did not mean to hurt your feelings. The review is for- honesty.

The first thing you're greeted with is a slap of piss smell. It literally smelled like the subway in NYC. We went here around 5 p.m, and they only had around 5 or fewer flavors. The donuts tasted like regular fried biscuits you can make at home, and not in a good way. Didn't even finish the donut. We just threw it out, a waste of money.

These donuts are the best i’ve had in the area, I live a half hour away but its worth the drive up. My favorite was the cannoli filled, but i’ve never had a donut i’ve disliked from them so far
They do sell out as the day goes on so get there early to pick what you want

These donuts are rich like a rockstar!

Service is friendly, selection is solid, they even have options for the puppers (if you get there early enough).

I can never eat a full one, they're really good, I suggest getting the minis because in my experience they tend to get hard fast if not eaten right away.

Downsides would be if you're taking them to go, it can get messy, the once pretty donuts get melted together in the bags because they won't give you a box unless you're buying six.

Also they're WAY overpriced, I'm guessing you're paying for their storefront on Broadway.

Heard people rave about this place for a while, so I decided to check it out.
Arrived around 30 minutes after opening and most of the doughnuts weren’t available yet. Waited about 10 minutes for the cookies and cream doughnut. Honestly? Extremely overrated. Tasted on par with Dunkin. Toppings were a lot slimmer than what I saw on the website. Couldn’t taste much other than sugar. The employees were very polite and apologetic that I had to wait.

I’ve gone to Saratoga springs 3x. The first two times i didn’t get to Darling Doughnuts in time and they donuts were all sold out. Finally the third times the charm and i was able to snag the galaxy, churro, lemon bar and pizza. They were all so delectable. The churro was very good on sweetness and was light and fluffy with a hint of spice. The pizza gave me the likes of a garlic knot with marinara. The galaxy was delicious tasted like a glazed donuts. But i was not able to try the lemon bar as my family snatched it up since it was too good.

The donuts are a work of art. They taste good too. The staff is helpful in picking out different options. I like that there are mini donuts available, along with donut holes and large donuts. Lots of variety. A very fresh alternative to a stale Dunkin donut.

I moved a few hours away and couldn’t be with my mom this mother’s day.i scheduled a grubhub delivery to be sent to her this morning and requested that they write this note for her.i couldn’t tell you how happy this made my mother and i! To the employee that did this - THANK YOU! My mom said they were the best doughnuts she’s ever had:)
