I found Anthony on social media almost a year ago when I was looking for a personal trainer. I had been working out for a long time but wasn’t noticing results. Anthony has taught me proper form, given me nutritional advice and explained the balance between cardio and weight lifting. His facility is well equipped and it’s one of the cleanest spaces I’ve ever trained in. He offers 30 and 60 minutes sessions and don’t be fooled into thinking 30 minutes won’t be challenging! You’ll NEVER leave there without the BEST workout!

Anthony is a great trainer. Your workout is structured to you individually with emphasis on your ability and those areas you wish to concentrate on. He is also very personable and friendly. After about a year and half working with Anthony, I am looking and feeling better. My wife has noticed this too and appreciates all Anthony has done for me. Along with this, he will play any music you want to accompany your training session.

I have been training with Anthony for over 5 years. I am a healthy grandmother. My training is the center of my goal to keep me active and athletic. Started with Anthony 10 months ago, absolutely love it so much I now go three times a week. Always something different, no boring machines. Anthony keeps you motivated and always makes sure you get the maximum out of each workout. Highly recommend!

I started with Anthony only a few months ago, with his help for first time I have been able to not only make a full lifestyle change but to also maintain it and stay on track. I have lost 25 pds in a couple of months, dropped inches and not one day has a workout been repeated! He keeps you on your toes while personalizing your workouts for your individual goals amd body type. It makes every time interesting and fun! I have been training with Anthony for over three years and have never once considered training elsewhere. Anthony is a highly skilled professional whom I respect for his knowledge, judgement and motivational approach. I am a physician specializing in physical medicine and pain medicine and have known and worked with numerous fitness professionals over a career of almost forty years. With that said, I find Anthony to be a unique gift for anyone willing to go that extra mile for personal health and wellness.

I’ve been training with Anthony for over a year now. He’s by far the best trainer I’ve ever used. He knows how to push you to get results but also knows when not to push too hard. He’s professional and makes working out fun. I highly recommend. On a personal level he’s a great guy and I look forward to my workouts every week. I hope he’s not reading this because I’d never actually tell him that. Lol.

I have been training at DAS fitness for 3 and a half years. When I started with Anthony, I was unhealthy, unmotivated, and over weight. I was ready to make a lifestyle change and Anthony had the confidence and faith in me that I was capable of doing so. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. He always makes sure I have proper form to avoid injury and continues to help me with my nutritional needs and goals. His workouts are always challenging and fun. He has a knack for knowing what you are capable of and will help and push you to achieve your personal goals. There are times where I feel like I am veering off track and Anthony gets me right back to where I need to be. I was unable to run a half mile and now I am running half marathons. I can say with 100% confidence, I would not be where I am today if I hadn’t stumbled across DAS fitness. I am forever grateful to Anthony! DAS is an amazing place with an amazing trainer!

I’ve been working out with Anthony for a little over a year. When I took the first step to contacting a personal trainer for the first time, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I was out of shape and the heaviest I’d ever been. I felt lost and had no idea where to begin. Anthony made it a very easy transition and worked with me to get me to where I wanted to be. I’ve always struggled with losing weight, but he was very knowledgeable with nutrition and what workouts would work for me. My goal was to get in shape and become healthy before I got pregnant and I wanted to be able to work out through my pregnancy. He’s been amazing, and I feel very safe working out during my pregnancy. Even though I hate his face sometimes, because he’s the last person I want to see, or I really don’t want to work out, I’m always glad I went and I feel great after my workout! I’ve also learned the hard way that saying “ I can’t “ just earns you some extra burpees.and he will make you do them! His workouts are challenging and he always pushes me. He’s never allowed me give up! Because of him, I’ve made a healthy life style change!
