Dash has a very good place to read and rest.
Really, this place is full of peace and calm.

Nice facility. My wife wanted me to go and get breakfast with her there.so we went and ordered the breakfast with bacon, toast and 2 eggs.

Bacon was good toast was fine. EGGS WERE THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT.why did management put some high school girl in charge of cooking eggs who obviosly had not been trained at all on how to cook eggs? Come on Dashs, I thought you were better than that.

Dessert is on point! Tons of options to choose from. Everything that I've ever purchased has been incredibly fresh.

Great store but watch expiration dates! Picked up a bottle of salad dressing without looking at the date a couple of weeks ago. Expiration was 2020! My go to store for meat but regular grocery items seem a bit higher priced than other markets.

I live locally in Hertel, I frequently walk with my husband and kids in their stroller to Dash’s… I’m done going there.

Everytime we go in there we are quickly profiled by BPD (their security) and followed incessantly around the store. I have never stolen anything in my life nor have I ever stolen anything there however every single time we are followed our entire shopping trip and then to the register by security until I pay for my food. Then they go as far as following us back to the door where they post up to profile more people coming in to shop.

Every single time I’ve been there this happens and I’m so done giving them my money. This exact thing has happened the last 4 times we have been there. My family spends on average $900/month on groceries, Dash’s is no longer getting any of that busniess.

On top of that there are limited healthy foods and extremely limited gluten free options. This place sucks just go to Wegmans.

Every time I have used Dash's services, I am blown away by their professionalism and kindness. I live in PA and this week was my mom's birthday. She lives in Buffalo and in the past, we struggled to find a way to celebrate her properly. Last Mother's Day, Dash's came in clutch and had a prompt and gorgeous flower delivery when another store cancelled on us last minute so we tried them again. And once again, they saved the day! I believe her name was Lynn in Floral arranged and delivered a BEAUTIFUL bouquet that my mom loved for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your kindness, help, professionalism and service. We will most certainly continue to come to you for our floral delivery needs!

Rotisserie chicken now (according) to front desk is allowed to NOT return Cold and out timed dated chicken.
I was told that cooked rotisserie chicken is now only made ONCE daily.
SO. WHAT TIME IS THAT EXACTLY?
If I buy cooked chicken at 4pm.how long exactly has it been sitting there? Shame on DASH. Along with price
. Put the actual time chicken was done instead of making costumers sick!

Reviews are for the subs. They have one of the best chicken finger/stinger take out sub. Highly recommend the hot subs. They’re always great!

Went here for my weekly fish fry and sub for the hubby. The fish fry was mushy, mac salad was watery I asked for extra tarter that I did not get. My husband ordered a stinger. Breat was stale.not just toasted but stale veggies were mushy and it was just not good and not worth what we paid. If u want really really good carryout go to colvin they take pride in their food and they stand behind it if it's wrong they replace or give credit for next visit.

I was a very loyal customer for years. Not anymore. We made an order that they completely messed up (including charging us for one too many subs). When my son called concerning THEIR mistakes, they gave him a big run around letting over 2 weeks go by before hearing from someone. Then the manager said he talked to the employees and they said they did the order correctly. Honestly, do he think they would tell him if they messed up the order? Plus, the manager of the takeout area is very rude. He's been rude to me and was rude to my son. When I asked to speak to someone over the store manager, I was told someone would back in touch with me. It never happened. I will not be spending another dime there. It's a shame!

Love the store, hate the parking lot. Spaces are to narrow. Dent's on my door! This is the deal breaker when it's between this store and Tops. And cell phones barely work inside. I often have to call my wife with a question and I can't! And fix your terminals to take Apple Pay credit, not just debit! It's a $2.50 charge for debit.

I love Dash’s. My go to when I don’t want the hassle of a big grocery store. Staff is very friendly. My only disappointment is that they often have expired food on their shelves, ie: cheese section, baked breads, pre packaged produce and bulk candy. This is March, I don’t expect to see December expiration on candy coated bulk packed pretzels, in addition, there were other candies that expired in January, February.
If I have my husband shop, I tell him to specifically look at expired date before purchasing.

Thanksgiving dinner was outstanding for the Mannion clan assembled in Buffalo! Easy ordering, good serving sizes, moist delicious turkey, order perfectly timed even when we changed date. Wonderful staff there, too.

The pros: high quality products, great produce, and a nice hot food deli / pizzeria. The cons: small selection in some categories; staff does the job, not super friendly or especially helpful. The bonus: upstairs is a large clean and comfortable seating area to eat, drink, and relax. There's TV's and board games. And there's a book exchange with loads of books you can borrow or keep.
