Everyone is very compassionate and made sure me and my boys, had everything we needed. Haley is very compassionate and sweet also. She is very knowledgeable about everything.

Please please please check who is behind the property you're renting from! If it's dasmen run away! Their properties have a host of problems, from falling ceilings and mold to electrical issues that will be there by the time you move in, and they still will not fix it! Not only that, after saying they will refund the security deposit, they haven't sent it after 30 days and with multiple messages and calls later to check on the status of the deposit, with nothing more than a "it will be there". Please never rent from these people, they are crooks!

I live in Samara East Apartments in Columbia, SC. I moved in Oct 28,2022. I have not gotten my move-in list of issues cleared as of today March 1,2023. My A/C unit has been broken since week one of me moving in. I was told I would have air by the new year. It's now March 2023 and I do not have a working A/C unit. One very nice maintenance guy (who they recently fired) came and placed a window unit. However, the unit is causing my light bill to be higher than normal. I just want my air to work. I did not have electricity on one side of my apartment for 2 months. I had to run a cord across the apartment from the kitchen to the living room (fire hazard) just to watch TV or curl my hair. I was told I would get a credit on my rent payment but have not received that yet. I am paying $1124 for a renovated apartment and the only difference with my apartment and the non reno is the wall color and the kitchen. My tubs are rusted and dirty. I cannot clean them properly. I have been bathing at my sink. I sent pictures to the office Feb. 15th and no reply. I have no screens in any windows nor back slide door. Most of my windows do not lock and I live in the bottom unit. I try paying my rent on the app for this month, but it's crashing. I went to the office and was told to go to Money Gram. I do not have time in my workday to stop and run to Walmart. I also tried to pay it via the Money Gram app, but they are charging $16.95 to pay a bill. This apartment complex does not care about how we are living.

Not very good customer service at all. They do not handle buisness correct. I was called by their management company on Monday afternoon to get some work done on rush notice so I gave them Thursday morning confirmed date. This was my mistake I never give confirmed date unless contract is signed but being that is was last minute and I was away from the office I said Thursday confirmed, fast forward to Wednesday afternoon I called to find out which building is needed to be done at that time I was told that they are waiting to hear back from owners. I'm puzzled at this moment in time because they said on Monday the job need to be completed ASAP and my guys was all ready to go Thursday morning but ok fast forward to Friday call back the management company and was told that the apartment complex is now taking care of work needing to be down at this point I'm like really is someone was going to call me and let me know what going on. I understand it buisness and everyone has the right to choose where to do buisness at but come on as a company I lost few thousand dollars for just moving around clients to accommodate this company and they could not even give me a phone call to say we don't need you again. Good luck to anyone who wants to do buisness with AZULA NORTH AND DASMEN RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

The worst apt management ever want high rent with no return into property.cockaroches my truck was stolen from there property work orders never filled adt months on end never worked home less people using drugs in stair cases in front of doors stayyyyyyyyy farrrrrrr away

I would have given ZERO stars, however that is not possible. I have a sibling that rents from them in Greenwood, SC. The water was cut off on Dec. 24,2022 due to damaged pipes. The entire complex has been without water as of Dec. 29,2022. No one showed any signs of trying to fix the issue. The News and City of Greenwood had to get involved in order for the complex to do anything about the water situation. Dasmenn Residential equals horrible property owner! The holiday season has not been to swell for my sibling and her family! DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTY THEY OWN! You deserve better. I promise!

Do not move to Azula North in Tampa! For months they have not been able to determine if my daughter has paid the rent! She has provided proof that the rent was paid then they stated they wanted to make sure the money was not credited back. They stated she didn’t pay the deposit! After I spoke with my bank we discovered the complex didn’t cash the certified check for two months. She has had a broken washer and dryer since the first week of September and not one maintenance visit after tickets, calls and in person request! This is negligence! I’ve called many times and no one will speak with me so we can figure out what the problem is. They had my daughter sign 3 different leases since August, have put notices of non-payment on the door, will not return calls. Then we went in a month ago for them to say it’s a zero balance and now today they want all of her bank statements again. HELP! This is crazy! Not to mention the mold they won’t address because hey we live in Florida. Do better Dasmem!

So far I haven’t been living here a week and things have been backwards and much so confusing. Not understanding how checks get misconstrued but everyone is helpful and I’m thankful to have somewhere to live.

We just moved here, there was alot wrong on move in, the place was dirty to start with, the walls were dirty corners, yellow cauking, closet's were dirty w crayon and writing on walls, the kitchen had me with the rusted stainless steel appliance's, they are replacing the dishwasher with more out dated cabinets. Inside cabinets are yellow and stained with filth. Ac unit looks like a rat chewed though it,   the celing leaks when it rains into the ac unit. Tub is patched and rusted with no epoxy with paint droppings everywhere on floor but the walls were dirty. Master shower had mold crusted to the tiles. The drawers have painted over dirt in each one, they dont fit in the drawer slot so its a shimmy the drawer out and in effect with all drawers located in home. Trash is every where because people pay for valet trash that doesnt get picked up. This place is over priced and very out dated. Kinda gives me vintage vibes with a new celing fan and light coverings. The walls are super thin so you will bug your neighbors for sure. The blinds were used and dirt, no gym, the dryers dont work for much in laundry room. Outside of back building, it looks nothing as posted on line, its run down, there are no pretty bushes and land scape unless its the entrance of apts. The apt down stairs is being remodeled, music blasting from 8am from the workers daily here so far. Positive side here is the indoor pool is pretty its not open but hey at least its pretty. The place is big and it can be a diamond in the ruff if you look past a alot of things. I have painted and patched and scrubbed non stop. I would not recommend.

I applied at Rosla West. Paid 320. Got denied! Now they said check needed to be at least 500. Mine is 604! Like what the heck. Only thing on my check is a car, which I pay a car note on time. Just think if 20 people applied daily a 320 per person, think about the amount of money they made. Oh I plan on taking this further.

Greenrock estates is absolutely atrocious. They will try to steal your truck and then make you pay for it if you have expired tags. YOU'RE NOT THE POLICE. May God help us in North Carolina, because we know Dasmen Residential will not.

I signed a lease renewal back in August of this year, only to be told after the office manager quit that it was not a proper lease he sent to have signed, temporary manager from another property stated just pay what you agreed to pay and I’ll take care of the fees with cooperate on Sept 7th only to pay the renewal amount for 3 months only to receive a eviction notice today given me two day to get in touch with the rental office when no one has been there for months west 49

This company is a bunch of scammers and so are their properties, i was supposed to move into a unit OCTOBER 28th and no one was even in the office no one ever called me to let me know what was going on I had to go to a sister property to even talk to someone who said they couldn’t do anything, A mr Morty emailed me once to say sorry I didn’t have a unit and he would over night my money that was November 4th it is now the 14th and I’ve had no call or emails or nothing this company is terrible and did everyone a devices and reported them to the BBB
