Online system. They collect info (including my address) also my credit card data, then add you to their mailing list. THEN send an email saying they can't process your Canadian order. Clearly they are mining personal information. Will never trust or use again.

I love the free gifts, the daily deals and the rewards program. The only thing is the vast majority of your boxes and cases are more expensive than blowout. Your customer service has always been great too!

Living in Buffalo, it's great to have the largest distributor of sports, entertainment, comic, and gaming supplies in the Northeast in your backyard. You can go to the retail store or order online. They offer so many other services for collectors, that they can't all be listed here. Amazing staff who are pleasant, motivated, and always smiling. (Smiling, or maybe they're laughing at me? Oh well, doesn't matter on Planet Carl.)

So far the best part about Dave and Adam's is not even having to call customer service. Every order have been shipped expeditiously and arrived well packaged. Especially the one i recieved from my first live break. Couldn't be happier.

Called support because the wrong product was sent to me. It was still shrink-wrapped but the hipping box was opened by me. Your support guy said he could not do anything for me berceuse I opened the shipping box. Seemed silly to me because if I had not opened the shipping box, I would not know what product I had been shipped. I asked him to check with a manager of support, and he came back with "Yup, nothing we can do'". I have not purchased from you since and will not.

Ordered online three weeks ago. I hot a confirmation e-mail, but to date, no item. I contacted them and they did not respond.

Cancel my order without informing me what's going on. But, took my money and kept it for a week. Very poor communication and do whatever they want and don't care about customers. Won't recommend this store to anyone.
