Pretty mediocre experience. They had me and a group wait to be seated in the bar area only to be told 15 minutes later that they cannot sit me because they are closing the bar tables for the night. Then I was directed to sit in the game room for dinner. I asked a host in that area if there was a table for us. He said "do you see one available? " And I replied "I don't Know" and he then said "then that means there's no table ready yet. " There were about 3 tables full of dirty dishes that no staff decided to clean until I asked a server if there is someone that can clean here. After sitting down, we ordered our food and drink with the waiter. During the meal the waiter did NOT come back the entire time until the check. We had 3 empty glasses waiting for refills. When he returned, he had a strong scent of Marijuana so I assume he was smoking outside. When it came to me tipping, he stood by my side watching what I wrote down. The only reason for the two stars, the food was decent.

This location was not observing Covid mandates, but we visibly dirty, difficult to get a drink at the bar, despite having plenty of staff available. After playing ONE game, my card was stolen right from under my nose. I’m not completely clueless so this was done by, I can only assume, one of the many groups of tween/teen kids roaming around the place counting on someone turning their head for a split second. Only have myself to blame for that I suppose, however all previous comments are not made bitterly because of this. Ticket store was impressive! Many games out of operation.

Food is basic. Wait staff is less than mediocre. Games are designed for ADHD (no game lasts more than 30 seconds no matter how good you are. Not like video games of the 80’s where you actually used skill.
Never saw any staff disinfecting any of the games either.

Service for my food was the worst. Food was bad to be honest. The waitress came to check one time on us when the other guy brought the food and never came back. We waited 15,20min for a simple take out box and we got charged for some drinks that she exchanged because she left them too long at the bar and melted.

The bartender Raess is literally the most hard working person on this team. I'm a food and beverage manager and would love to have him on my team. He makes the most perfect Hendricks martini I've ever had. Great job to this guy!

The sirloin steak dinner was cooked perfectly. The games are fun. Prices are very expensive for everything to do there. Never did I see one employee sanitize any of the games during my four hour stay.

So first off with a positive I ordered a whole rack of baby back ribs much larger than I expected and it was falling off the bone it was really good. Second the service wasn't that great but it's obvious to see that their short-handed so I can't really hold it against them too much. The survey did try and I actually think she was hopping on one ankle so she's running around I think with a sprained ankle which I have to commend her for

Love this location! Super friendly staff. The manager is incredible, he is always there for assistance! Highly recommend!

First time at this one.not crowded.some people had on mask others didn't.was seated quickly.our waiter Nicholas was so pleasant and down to earth (I like people like that). The food was okay.my fries had to go back because they were cold.but otherwise nice

Fast service. Staff was very curious. I was rushing to get to work meet up with a friend and I wasn't disappointed. The plating of the food could be more attractive but everything tasted great.

Finally went back to a Dave & Buster's after a while. I know they had a limited menu after the whole covid thing and now they open up their menu a little bit and have a little bit more variety. The pizza was probably about the worst thing I've ever tasted. The bruschetta that they had was okay. The taste was great and was a lot better than the pizza.

Love the games. The food wasn't so good.response to owner:

I don't know when that would be, but it gives you time to train the cooks.

I come here ALL the time and I hope that they can fix the hungry hungry hippos game? It’s been out of service for months and I hope that they can put more candy back in the gift shop my daughter used to LOVE getting the Soda bottle candy from gift shop and they didn’t have them anymore this trip they also lost almost half of their candy prizes and it was very disappointing to see I would love to give a five star review but I think they need to fix some issues first

Very accommodating and a great time for everyone. Some games were shut down but the atmosphere was great and the kids and their friends had a great time

We went on a Saturday morning for my sons birthday. Just a family lunch not a full on birthday party. The waitress was nice and the food was served promptly. It was pretty good. Disappointing that they no longer have the deals where you can order food and get play cards for the kids. The kids had fun playing the games. One issue that was concerning was the fact that they only have one bathroom which is all the way in the back corner of the game room. It was very difficult for my father, who had a disability and a cane, to get to the bathroom. I really think a large place like this would have more bathrooms and accessibility.

Clean environment and friendly staff. It's always nice here, this time I was here for a birthday party. Great, private space away from other customers.

I was generous with 4 stars. The women's room was fifty and looked like it had been that way for a while. The garbages were overflowing and every stall had garbage and toilet paper all over it. I also didn't see any staff cleaning at all so I'm not sure how safe it is to be touching everything but they did provide hand sanitizer all over the place.

Great place for a fun night with friends! Bartenders are excellent! Friendly and efficient. Game techs are quick and professional. Food is good (not awesome but not bad either). Drinks are awesome. Wednesday is half-price night for all games and boy! Is it worth it! Games are a little on the expensive side. You have to buy a $100 package to get the most bang for your buck. Theres a happy hour too (not sure of the hours but I know it ends at 7)

Had a great time there, they have half off games every Wednesday, I wouldn’t waste the money on food, in my opinion it’s not worth the money, but still a great place for games

Food was very good. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place. More than enough hand sanitizer stations around. Will definitely be returning with my family of 6.
