The food didn't really taste like anything. The chicken was tender but other than that, there was no flavor

Amazing chicken sandwiches.
The HOT is alittle too hot.
I recommend grabbing the medium spicy one for a nice kick.

I wanted to hate this place with its tenders and 4 item menu. The food is 4.5 but it's some of the best fast food I've ever eaten. The fries were great too. Big sliders and next time we'll split a 2 slider meal. We will be back. Love it! Just a footnote, I got medium heat. I'll get hot next time.

Got the 1 tender/1 slider meal, hot level. Also comes with a small order of fries. I thought everything was damn tasty! Chicken was spiced right (more of a rub than saucy) and tender! Kid behind the counter was polite and capable.
Would definitely return.

Wow, excellent hot chicken, the sandwich is perfect. The french fries were so crispy! Amazing!

It was nice. The food was very good. This will be a place I'm going back. Worker are very nice and very clean.

Everything was expected, until I took my first bite and started questioning myself. I got the “hot” hot chicken which is the 5th level of spiciness. Why do I not feel even the slightest tingle? Am I out of tastebuds? I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but in this case it really tasted like mild to me, so might’ve just gotten the wrong order.

Ordered last night by Seamless. I have ordered from here once before and the food was fine. Last night, fries and chicken were stone cold and the chicken had a weird gritty coating. I only live 1 block away, so there was no excuse for cold food.

So incredibly overhyped. Why is the chicken so powdery/dusty. Ruined the whole meal. Lacks flavor.

I had a chicken tender burger and fries.the mac and cheese too.the fries were good, the burger was salty and powdery.idk how to explain i didnt like it.the mac and cheese i can literally make better, ready made is better.yet this one costs 4 bucks for a small cup.the food overrated, but the store looks pretty cool ig.also the floor mad slippery, like butter.idk what substance that is *pause* no slip sign either.someone could sue.

The chicken sandwiches are tasty and juicy, but the tender was too much seasoning powder, I couldn't finish it. The milkshake is good for cooling down the heat.

Overall: dank and an excellent addition to the Park Slope culinary scene.

However:
- Crazy that the combos do not include drinks (esp.given how expensive they are)
- Medium spicy just ain’t medium. Idk if they’re trying to make people feel tough or something but you gotta really kick it up to get any spiciness at all.
- Can be pretty lacking in vibes depending on time of day

On the other hand:
- Juiciest chicken in all the land. Really high quality cuts
- Incredible fries
- Something about the slice of bread that comes with your food makes it feel extra homey. It’s a nice touch.

In conclusion: Go Dave’s!

The food is over rated. I got a chicken sandwich with fries abd cheese. The chicken was fatty, the sauce is thousand island dressing. I bit into the chivken and wasnt sure if it was chrispy skin or bone. Very disappointed. However the young lady at the counter was very kind, pleasent and smiled the whole time. The best part of the experience.

Amazing environment, I’m filled with euphoric feeling when I step foot in Dave’s hot chicken. I feel the happiest to eat from my favorite fast food restaurant…well at this location at least

It was a huge pleasure to visit Dave’s chicken at Park Slope! Chicken on a point their kaleslaw is absolutely amazing and I’ll def back!

Sorry kids. These food PORTIONS and taste buds are built for adults. The seasoning and chicken spice levels are not for the weak (even mild is has a kick). The hype is real. Definitely get your money’s worth not like some other flakey burger spots serving chicken. Lol. No photos……. I DONT PLAY WITH FOOD.
