Got rid of my spider angioma or the broken capillaries or whatever it was with a laser, and I was impressed he knew exactly what it was. Dr. Biro is extremely experienced.

The staff are really nice, personable, and communicate clearly and effectively

I had the pleasure of seeing a lovely young lady named Dr Ahmed. I was suffering for a week with an infected finger that my doctor couldn’t or wouldn’t drain. I was able to get an appointment the same day thanks to the wonderful receptionist. I highly recommend this dermatologist.

I am only giving one star because the front desk receptionist was polite. However Dr. Biro gets 0 stars. Firstly the doctor walked in as if I was wasting his time even tho my PCP, was concerned about my issues and referred me here. I explained to him that I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year and a half and it’s only been getting worst and other Drs were concerned that it may be Psoriasis. Dr. Biro stated there’s nothing he can do to help me and just glanced at my scalp. He then sat down on his chair and proceeded to look very condescending while repeating there is nothing he can do but offer me the same medications that I already have without examining my issue at all. I even expressed how he was making me feel in the current moment and how the reviews of this place were actually true. He just kept looking at me in disgust so I just told him that I was fine and I’ll be leaving.

I’ll be calling my doctor and letting him know my experience as well as to stop subjecting his patients to this environment.

Dr. Biro is there to collect an insurance check, he does not care for the patients and going here will be a waste of your time.

I’ve never felt so embarrassed and disappointed until today.

I was a new patient notified at 6pm the night before my 2: 45pm appointment the following day that I needed a simple referral faxed over to their office. Why would they wait until the night before my appointment to notify me? Obviously at 6pm my internist was closed as was all businesses after 5pm. I had my internist fax over the referral the morning of my appointment and Biro’s staff claim they never got it l. They wanted me to sign a waiver stating I was willing to take on financial responsibility if not covered. I have Medicaid. Which Medicaid recipient in their right mind would sign that. Of course I didn’t. So I went all the way there and wasn’t seen because of their staff’s last minute antics. My internist was only open for a few hours so they couldn’t be contacted the day of my appointment. The receptionist was huffing and puffing at me like I was inconveniencing HER. I should have read the former review by another patient saying don’t waste your time. So I’ll say it again for her: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
